Ah cmmon..dont tell that girl shes not going to heaven. Thats just mean >_<. Im not going to give my opinion about wether heaven exists or not..but dont tell a person he/shes not going to heaven and is going to burn in hell, all good hearted, nice, honorable persons go to heaven, or get what they deserve, something good. Wether thats trough heaven or karma..or trough the laws of the cosmos..you get what you deserve, and to tell her she going to hell, thats mean.

but you go to heaven/receive good thing whatever by being a good hearted person, helping out others, being nice for others, raditating positive energy, respecting others, respecting the planet..etc..not being living strictly by the laws of..god? And certainly by telling others their going to burn in hell.. , dont be a meanie

Shadow I'm just going by what the bible says. no one here is angry at you nor does anyone here hate you. you have absolutely no reason to be so hateful. if I believed that only people that have a pet rabbit and eat alot of icecream are going to heaven does it matter? am I hurting you? no. all this hatred and constant anger towards everyone is getting you nowhere, not to mention you are just asking to get banned. I suggest you take a minute to calm down and think about it.

Hey O'nus, it wasnt realy your fault, its just that you are a philosofer, and you know how to blend relgion with it. Most relious people can't talk about it without (subconsiously) bashing others. Its just a fact, I can't really either. So dont feel too bad.

lol, everybody does sometimes. You,me, everybody, its just a fact when you talk about religion. Or ethics/values I gues. Its inevitable sometimes.

Well thats nice to hear ^_^ but with alot of people its diffirent, but some people flip out if somebody says "I don't believe in God", or "I believe in something else" , at some people I wanna yell "Be a little more open minded ok" or "some people have to learn that all (good hearted)relgions are right in the end" but I dont because some people are offended by that.

I would also say "I dislike christians who hate gays" (well now I am) but I dont really do inside, because I respect their religion. Religion and values ar pretty touchy subjects I gues, sadly.

why doesnt everyone just agree not to take offense if theyre going to talk about this, just dont take it personally. Everyones got a different opinion so dont take offense if it clashes with your point of view, thats just stupid.

I stand by my original statement. I will not support a religion that forces anyone to be supressed or degraded.

It's all about love and compassion. This, in my opinion, should be the core of any belief. Even atheism.

Well, I have done some research and I find Buddhism to be the religion that makes most sense (I am not a Buddhist yet though). Buddhism does'nt set up any strict boundaries apart from not killing anyone or stealing and that sort of basic things. It is also one of the few religions that does'nt in one way or the other encourage violence. Although I do encourage christian people who are calm and peaceful, but the Bible has been changed so much throughout the history by greed for power and wealth, that I would'nt call it a holy book anymore.

I hear that kind of argument about the Bible all the time...

...yet the original Hebrew and Greek manuscripts still exist. I am curious as to what part of the Bible has been "changed throughout history"...?
