It depends.

If my blood would be living on the Earth, I would definately not want it to be destroyed. But if I have none of my blood on Earth, I would not care much if it was destroyed.

If you'll actually research the Bible you'll find that it's actually right on dot with history and science, that's why it's still around. it's not like the roman and greek myths, it can't be dismissed, and everyone who has tried has failed miserably, go ahead, try it for yourself. read about the 300 prophesies int he old testimate that were fulfille din new testimate, proven by history and science together, and by which the odds of YOU as an individual OR as a group fulfilling just one of the prophesies about Jesus are the odds of you taking the entire state of texas, filling it full of black girl-scout cookies two feet high, dropping one white cookie in there, mixing it up, walking around the entire state twelve times, and reaching down randomly and picking up the one white cookie.

if you think otherwise, research it for yourself and see. anyways, i'm getting off this topic, you guys talk about the planet blowing up or something.

This conversation is running very close to being religious in nature...

I didn't imply that the bible isn't 'on track', but nowhere does it allow us to know exactly when the world will end, and when we only have a few months left to us. Which is what you said. Let's recap...

No, but it does stae very clearly that we won't know when it will end, and when it does, it'll be in the blink of an eye, unsuspected completely.

I'd say we're getting close to the end. I just hope we don't destroy ourselves. I'd like to see God play it out. I'm pretty sure it won't happen in the blink of an eye. There's supposed to be a series of events. One of them a plague that kills off 1/3 the populations, something else that kills off the other 1/3, Anti-Christ, etc - that all doesn't happen in the blink of an eye.

I can't help but to think, if I were there, at the end, I would be unbelievably excited. The adrenaline rush at the end, all the feeling - the fear, the excitement, the everything, all in a few moments... cannot describe it. When the moment comes, I think I'd get high, put on that old song that goes "it's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine" -

2012 FTW! - Come on, you know you all will have this on your mind when that year comes, especially the month of December.

if you'll look closely, how many people do you think AIDS has killed off? and it doesn't say that it'll be one single plague that does it, so it could be an accumalative (spl?) of plagues that do this, how many people die of diseases every day? alot. the anti-christ won't seem like the anti-christ, no one will know who he is until the very last moment, and that's because he'll fool both christians and non-christians. so there goes that one. that 'something else' that kills one third of the world could be war, there's alot of that going on. the temple has to be rebuilt, but from what i remember in new testiment, Jesus referred to the temple as his own body, so maybe Jesus has to be reborn into this world again, i dunno.

but these 'events' that are supposed to be sequenced will completely blindside us, we won't even have a clue it's the end because it will fool us compeltely and catch us completely off guard. that's why it will happen in the blink of an eye.

Anyway I would like to be around when the final hour arise. I'm just going to start getting my revenge out on those who pushed me around when I was in Middle School.

Bush is the anti-christ. Oh and the plagues in the middle ages killed mostly christians instead of muslims. Clearly gods hate you. Good day.

If you expect resonal debate, stop acting like an religious extremist.

Ah ok, that makes sense. I kind of pictures the end happening in noticeable sequence, this 1/3 goes... then the next 1/3 goes... etc.

if the world ended in 1 week than id be actually quite happy

first i would say everything that i regreted not saying to the people i know/people i dont know

id admit that i love someone who is almost a complete stranger and hypotheticaly finding out that they love me back

then id spend my happiest last week of my life because oblivion gave me a reason to say whatever i want

and at the final moment before explosion, i figured that i wanted to live forever with this person

and BOOOMMMM
irony!

My goal in life is to one day ride an armored giraffe into the sunset.

Going back to topic, I wouldn't give a major crap if the world exploded so long as I was with my family while it happened.

I mean, no man, no problem, right?
When I'm at the pearly gates, this'll be on my videotape. Mephistopheles is just beneath, and he's reaching up to grab me. This is one for the good days, and I have it all here in red, blue, green... You are my center when I spin away, out of control on videotape. This is my way of saying goodbye because I can't do it face to face, I'm talking to you before... No matter what happens now I shouldn't be afraid because i know today has been the most perfect day I've ever seen.

I chose "who cares if your dead" because i sure wont. I believe that life should be lived in a way that once your dead you're happy with what you accomplished.

Yeah, quick un-concious deaths are overrated. I don't think anyone will complain if they dropped dead so fast they wouldn't even have the slightest bit of time to think about it.
