I would have to say my favorite President was Zachary Taylor. He was everything i think a president should be. He was laid back and he simply showed how just because you had a bad education doesnt mean you're dumb. He had participated in the military for 40 years and knew how it felt to be in war. I agree with all of the ways he treated Americans, and all of his political beliefs. I wish we had another president like him.
Jimmy Carter was a cool guy just cause he was SO normal. I like him. . . but he was before my time. I think Clinton was a pretty decent president. Sure he played around with his interns but the world LIKED us when he was in office and now. . . the world hates us. . . Bush really makes Clinton's indiscretions seem amazingly unimportant.
I agree with the wise woman above me. :D
Clinton's personal indiscretions, if anything, HELPED his presidency. They made him more HUMAN. And, that is a very important quality in a leader.

Clinton had four chances to kill Bin Laden ? Where and when ? There is no prove of that I can find. I do know that bush let him go at Tora Bora because he did not do the job right and send our soldiers there to fight him instead of the Afghans fighters to our job for us. Bush is the the one that pulled our troops from Afghanistan to fight Iraq. Bush is a wants to be a war president but he as a problem he can start wars but can not fight them or finish them. Bush is doing the same thing that Britain was stupid enough to do. He should read history a little more :PQuote:

Franklin D. Roosevelt i think was by far the greatest president we haqve ever had, other than setting a date to due away with and/or solve the current Social security problem there isnt much i can say about the man against him. Also he repealled my least favorite ammedment. I wish our country had anouther Franklin D.
My favorite President is George Washington. Our first and our best. He helped make this country , fought for it and could of been king but turn it down. He was a great man :) Plus he was against Political parties :D My kind of man. :D
I have to agree with that, my favorite is Washington as well. Not only was he a great president but he actually knew a lot.
On a side note, I think nearly every president since the civil war has been a loser. After the first 10 or so they really dropped off in quality with only a few who good ones.
John F Kennedy an excellent President and always my favorite. Do you know shortly after his inauguration, Kennedy permitted a group of Cuban exiles to invade Cuba in an attempt to overthrow the regime of Fidel Castro? He went into office on a mission, a kick ass mission, although the mission was a failure you gotta love the determination.
Coolidge, he didn't make anything worse.

What makes you say Bush let Bin Laden go at Tora Bora? That is the first I've heard. And why would he give up such a golden opportunity for his country AND HIMSELF? We still have troops in Afghanistan, lots of them. And you are the first I have seen who claims that Bush cannot finish the war in Iraq. Most people are bitching because he plans on doing exactly that.
The Soviet Union ran out of money because Reagan lured them in continuously with the arms race. He caused the system to fail. He used the fact that they were a communist country and were therefore struggling any way, and he arms raced them into nonexistence.
