Thread: What if History was rewritten many years ago???

Nothing is impossible, maybe WW1 and 2 didn't happen? maybe george washington never existed?

I think re-written history is VERY possible

not to the extent that I chose above with ww1-2

But maybe the wars were started different then cited?

We are told hitler rose to power, where'd he get all the money during a global depression to finance the most powerful army known to man?

So in a way history was re-written, america is at blame for the 1st and 2nd world war:


The lusitania was sent into german waters purposefully to get us into the war by the same central banking devils who got us into iraq and ww2 and korea and vietnam and columbia and...etc

People like Prescott Bush (gwb's grandfather) help fund the rise of the nazi's.

yet again this wasn't taught in school, if students found out their president's grandfather is responsible for funding a mass-murderer they would revolt



but we weren't taught that in school of course.

Of course not all history stories are true, but I think it's safe to say that the big ones (like the wars) are true. My grandpa has the wounds to prove it.

Yea but im sure your grand-daddy wasn't told the real reasons the war started, I was making an exaggerated example saying ww2 didn't happen

but yea my both grandfathers fought in the 2nd war, they had some crazy stories to tell, but yea its a shame that ww2 could of been avoided and 12+ million would still be alive (if young) today.

History is written by the victors. No matter how much of a lye or exageration it is.

While that wiki paage is loading, explain what your talking about here.

"edit" all it says on that wiki page you posted is "1984 was a leap year" and then the article just ends at that. But i might be wrong cause its still loading.

In all seriousness, it's happened. It is impossible to prevent bais from leaking into historical retellings. There are thousands of perspectives on each historical event, and each side has its own version of the story. The winner of a war is good, and the loser is bad. That's how it goes, because the winner says so.

But 1984 goes into detail about how the government can say the world was created yesterday. And it is true. Not in their minds-- It really is true.

The last time I heard, the RMS Lusitania was, and still is about 8 miles off the coast of Ireland... which isn't German waters. There were many other ships that were sunk as the German navy was involved in a period of unrestricted submarine warfare... which was halted after the Kaiser found out that they had been torpedoing passenger liners.

Of the roughly 2000 people on board about 200 were American, most of whom died in the tragedy.

Unfortunately, Lusitania was a legitimate target because she was carrying arms and ammunition. From? The USA. You guys were already in the war.
