Now, as you walk up the hill, you see a police car fly past, his lights and sirens blaring. You see him go up the hill, and hang a left, turning down an access road, out of sight behind the forest. The sirens fade. Just before you reach the top of the hill, you hear two sets of sirens. One across the forest, possibly coming up the access road, and another ahead, out of sight beyond the hill. The first siren seems to fade with the other, and then another becomes clearer and louded. When you reach the intersection of the highway and access road, there is a police car sitting, facing towards you, a short way down the access road, with a van sitting in front of it. The car's sirens are off, but his lights are still on.
Which is a more logical conclusion:
[A]- This police car at the top of the hill is the same one you saw going up the hill
[B]- This police car at the top of the hill came from across the forest
[C]- This police car at the top of the hill is the police car that's siren was moving toward you
[D]- This police car at the top of the hill is a different car came from past the forest, on ahead of you, from some place that way
