Why God didn't create cute little robots.
Not being disrespectful my Lord....just making a point.
As it says in Genesis..."In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth."
Now comes Od De joy...Ooo dah lally......poof.
Now comes the part where God must make someone to watch over the Earth.
So God sits and thinks.....hmm....how about I make....cute little robots!
Attachment 5211
God sat for a moment. "Hmmmmm.....well....this is.....a little bland. All it does
is walk around and do what I want it to do. That's not fun. Hmmm.....
Ok....let's make Man in our image and likeness with the freedom of will. And he
can have the choice to like me or hate me. I'll make sure he understands that there
are limits and consequences for choosing not to like me.
"Poof!" And Here's ADAM!
Now many people complain about the Lord's process of thinking. How could he
set man up like he did with the tree and all? Since God is all present, all knowing,
all time and all forever...he must have known what was going to happen to man, what
a jerk!
I think earlier in my post I explained why we are where we are and thankfully we have
a God who decided to make man instead of cute little robots. Because if we were all robots
if you consider this deeply enough we would live in a perfect Communist utopia and if
you know what North Korea looks like then imagine the world as a huge North Korea, I mean
after a while of having to watch soulless puppets marching about blindly bowing to God without
personalities it would probably drive God nuts.
But God is a personal being who loves his bundle of misfits with all our frail natures and occasional
stupidities. It keeps him busy trying to prevent us from blowing the planet to bits before he's ready
to reboot the whole human process for eternity 2.0. And how simple can he make it? What harm dos
it cause for people to really get to know the savior other than the offense it does to our selfish, petty
personal whims? Compared to that other person who lives in a flaming cess pool, I'd rather throw
away the baggage and man-made insanity of this sinful world and get to know God.
After all....when you die, nothing here matters any more.
