      All in Christ

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men.

I consider that our present sufferings are not worthy being compared with the glory that will be revealed in us.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I cry to you my Lord, my rock! Do not be deaf to me, for if you are silent, I shall go down to the pit like the rest. Hear my voice raised in petition as I cry to you for help, as I raise my hands, my
Lord, toward your holy of holies.
The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
Go now Sons of God. Fulfill your Destiny!
      Praise the Lord! Amen!

      Huh?

There is nothing to Lucidity besides being, well, 'lucid' -- to have a clarity of Consciousness.

Now, yes, there is a great deal of Propaganda claiming that Lucidity comes with some automatic means of having Total Control of Dream Content, but with just limited exceptions, that Propaganda started as a hope, became a promise, and resolved into a Myth. One only needs to count up the Posts where people complain of being Lucid while not being able to exercise this much acclaimed 'control'. So when reduced to what we can count upon, in Lucid Dreaming, Lucidity is simply knowing during a dream that one is dreaming.

But what exactly is happening in a Dream when one realizes that one is dreaming? It is an instance of the Waking Persona visiting, even invading, the domain of the Dreaming Persona. We only have to take a glance at what people's first impression in Lucidity is -- that people remark how 'realistic' everything looks although it is 'just a dream'. The Waking Persona comes into the Dream and largely denies the Reality of it. This is a huge problem with Lucidity, and perhaps the greatest reason why the Higher Mind tends to resist Lucidity and block it. It is not healthy to question the Reality of one's Subjective Reality, of one's Dreams.

So, why is it that you would want to be Lucid in heaven? So for all Eternity you would be questioning the Reality of your Situation.

Indeed, one should examine the development and evolution of Lucidity -- the process -- how it begins... its stages of development... and how it culminates. Lucidity does not remain static. What I suppose Lucidity does is enable the Individual to integrate and synthesize the Waking Consciousness and the Dreaming Consciousness into some commonality. At the onset of the Lucidity Process, the Dreaming Consciousness and Awareness, Will and Volition, are primitive and barbaric. The Self is Wild. Lucidity brings the Waking Consciousness into the Dream to enlighten the Dreaming Consciousness with the Moral Reflections more common to the Waking Consciousness -- a Civilizing Influence. But this is a process that does not need to go on indefinitely. When the Waking and the Dreaming Selves have fully Integrated, then Lucidity becomes redundant, and the Dream Self is ALWAYS conscious of its awareness, but with the advantage of NOT questioning the Reality of the Dream Scenes. It is the Best of Both Worlds, to be thoroughly trained in proper dreaming, while not obstructing the Dream with the tendency inherent in Lucidity of questioning, obstructing and rejecting the Reality of the situation.
