To my dear atheist friends, Thanks for not turning the last one into a debate. I really appreciate it. As is usual by now all questions about todays topic will be welcomed here. As a special reward for yesterdays good preformance you can debate here today if you so desire (not trying to be patronizing). I love all you guys and girls like siblings, Lucid Boy Now you have talked/read your way into getting to know god. What comes next? Living a christian lifestyle. Bible lesson 3: living like a christian. 1.Give give give. A major part of jesus's life was spent helping people and that was also a big part of gods message. One way you can do this is to give. give money to charity, donate old posesions to a second hand store, ect. 2. Voulenteer. If you live in a big city this is an easy one. Voulenteer at a soup kitchen or homeless shelter or some such organization. Often these places are understaffed and could use help. 3. Respect. Show respect to everyone. This means no cursing someone out, no physical violence. Being polite and keeping others feelings in mind. If someone is your elder or is more knowledgable in an area than your or somthing, act like it. Just, in general play nice and don't be mean to others. Also, no vandalism. 4.NO abusing animals. I don't know how many times I've seen animals hung or skinned alive or set on fire. This dosen't mean just cats and dogs. Frogs are gods creatures too. 5. No drugs. God doesn't dig drugs, drugs destroy your body and yer body is a temple of god. A little beer here and there is okay I think, at least in moderation. 6. Just follow the ten commandments. They basically summarize gods rules, follow 'em. 7. pray every day. A major part of living like a christian is praying everyday. It not only gives you strength but it brings you closer to god. 8. chill on sunday, this shouldn't be a hard one to follow. 9. keep your pants on. Not married? No sex. In conclusion: Just be nice and be smart, if someone that you know is being teased help them out. Give people a hand and just be a generally nice person. It's really not that hard. There are more complex rules, some of which I've listed here and some I haven't but what I have written is alot of it.

bad things about sex... all the things listed under STDs and AIDS, Gays, Lesbians, Sex is the number one thing that is protrayed on TV today--even to young viewers--even to your kids for that matter (if you do have any)... Sex is a tool to decieve people into believeing they have a good relationship or are actually LOVING the person they had sex with... Half/dreaming how many times have you had sex with a guy or girl, depending on what sex you are--with in a week of meeting them--and end up getting feelings for them soon there after... Now you can write back and say never, but that is fine, when you walk away from the computer you know inside yourself the real answer...and so does God... The only reason why you dont think alcohol/sex is bad, is because you arent living for the Life to come, you are living for this life...Why live for something that isnt going to last forever? Wow alochol makes you feel funny and all this other stuff---but where does it truly get you in life? Ive been down those roads before many times and I can tell you it gets you nowhere.. If you are going to keep living your life for a life that is just going to vanish...Go ahead that is your choice...Ive stated my opinion...and if you want a true honest answer about why Sex is evil....You can find all the answers you seek in the BIBLE.... Sex within weeks started the greatest relationship I have ever had. It sounds to me like you've never had premarital sex, or, maybe just can't get it. I dont know. Sex is not a tool!!! Dude, you have some major misconceptions. The reason you have been told sex is bad is because children are a burdon. Almost every religion hates the birth canal. You are unbelievable. Ok your right, sex isnt evil.. Sex is beautiful..Loving, Caring..Tender...and (since i am a Christian) should only be between a man and a woman (after they are married) sex before marriage is wrong (and i have had sex before marriage) but now that i have come before Christ and have recieved him as my savior, I can say I shall not have sex until I am married... PS: You say sex has started the greatest relationship you have ever had..Why is it because of the Sex, or is it because of the love inside your soul you have for this one....and again, you can answer this anyway you'd like on the forum, but your soul knows your true answer...and you cannot hide your answers from God...

The ultimate purpose of sex is to reproduce, just as the ultimate purpose of eating is to satisfy hunger. Humans have sex in excess because there are methods of preventing pregnancy, but without those methods I doubt sex would be practiced as often as it is. Is not eating also a pleasurable activity? What would happen if we all ate in excess? This is no more healthy than having excessive sex. Pre-marital sex is like chewing food for the pleasure and then spitting it back out. It's an all-or-nothing deal. You must be hungry to eat and likewise should be married to have sex. I'd imagine the percentage of humans who actually refrain from pre-marital sex is quite small, which is further testimony to how helpless we actually are. We are so imperfect and it is only through Christ that we could ever deserve God's love.

Pre-marital sex is like chewing food for the pleasure and then spitting it back out. It's an all-or-nothing deal. You must be hungry to eat and likewise should be married to have sex. If he may explain it more, I may have a better understanding before I waste time posting about something that wasnt even about what his topic But if you are wondering about why i said "It saddens me to see how many people truly dont understand"... Jesus came into my life (and he came strong into it) I use to deny Gods exsistence and all that and use to be against him...Now that I am with him i see how it all works and how this life is... 1.)There is a lot of corruption in this world 2.) Lots of People care more about cars,money,clothes etc then a human life.. 3.)People would rather live their own life then Follow Jesus 4.)Some know Jesus exsists but choose not follow Him because they cant live the "party life" or the life of their choosing..
