The internet is a wonderful place for Conspiracy, but many readily available books, and ebooks also have crazy far out ideas.

Jesus, so many things accusing the elite of covering up information, crazy things. I have an ebook of the first book, and the claims are things like Egyptian Pyramids in Arizona, and other archaeological artifacts covered up by the Smithsonian.
How much can possibly true, we would all like to dismiss it as conspiracy, where do you draw the line? Suppression of Cancer Cures, UFO, the moon landing? The claims are documented, yet incredibly ridiculous, how can you trust in a former CNN guy is reliable, or a scientist who was suppressed who has already died. But if it is true, and we dismiss the theories as laughable, doesn't that mean suppression works?
How can you tell what is real without experiencing it yourself? <-- Also a point of philosophical discussion, but lets not get weighed down on one thing particular, and remember to come back to relating your comment to Conspiracy theories, true, or false.
