The video had some very clever points raised. I personally didn't think of that.
When we die we must leave our atoms behind if we go anywhere. That's a given idea. Religion and scientists alike have observed that when someone dies, their body stays in the physical world and rots. So yes, without atoms, there cannot be fire and simply saying that hell's fire is magical would lose the attention of most respectable Philosophers and probably all scientists.
I loved the little contradiction in the concept of death and hell there though. The explanation wasn't brilliant, but you get the idea. However if you take hell and the idea that you will burn for your sins in more of a metaphorical sense, then this criticism can be avoided.
Unfortunately for this criticism, most modern religious people agree that religious writings are metaphorical, not literal. Unfortunately again, there are many modern religious scientists. Ones that do indeed belong to Christianity and Islam, but they also agree with the metaphorical view.
The video was biased in the sense that they looked down upon scientists with a religious view. People are allowed to believe what they want. Even if you thing they're just ignorant or not. However, saying that there is a God is as logical as saying that a bunch of chemicals just happened to react and caused a big bang.
Cheers for the video link. It's very fun to have a think about these things =]

Nobody says that though.
well i just did.
This vid is sweet. :D Thanks for the find.
He's an Invader, he would know.
Great link for newguy: here.
I thought the video was ridiculous.
Wow, you've proved the fire in hell is supernatural. Now I see Christianity for the sham that it is.
The whole business with God and angels and miracles (infinite food supplies, walking on water...) and reincarnations was physically plausbible, but this hellfire argument ruins everything.
