"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth"
Then, cause that was when he created New Jersey...
details , I don't know, in this case luzbel ( lucifer ) just wasn't okay with some parts of the divine plan and tried, dunno if he's still trying to corrupt, destroy us humans xp. Demons purpose was to test humans (they weren't that happy about it) some beings like luzbel used them to do his plans.
well I've investigated, being close to pshycic people, being in the group Rahma and also stuff I've learned by meditation and chaniling.
When i read it i imagine people talking like
-o hai i want to know when hell was created
- dunno but hell isnt the way u picture it
- then wat's it ?
-dunno :?
I think it's pretty pointless in saying this at all.
Anyway let's stop here and continue on topic, please.
Hell isn't like most people picture it. It's actually just a few degrees above room temperature, the worst part is that it's filled with pink furries and fuzzies and cat girls.
LOL
they're not that annoying right?

I've been to Hell, Grand Cayman, it's really cool.
Hell is a complicated subject. The Christian conception of Hell is a mash up of the Greek Tartarus and the Jewish Gehenna. As you may know, the greek underworld was Hades, and was the place that all dead souls went. The good souls went to a part of Hades known as the Elysian fields, and the bad ones went to Tartarus. The Jewish conception of the underworld was called Sheol, which literally means the Earth; as in where bodies are buried. Gehenna comes from the hebrew Ge Hinnom which means "the valley of Hinnom". This was an actual place that was used as a dump of sorts. Trash, animal carcasses and the bodies of criminals were dumped in the valley. Eventually it turned into a sort of story to scare children with, embellished with stories of a lake of fire down in the valley and whatnot.
Gehenna is the word usually used in the new testament to refer to hell, so to answer your question; hell was created around the 3rd or 2nd century B.C. when Jews started dumping their trash in the same valley that people had once sacrificed children in.
What this thread isn't: This thread isn't asking for your opinions on "Hell" or your religious views in their entirety for that matter.
What this thread is: This thread presuppposes the (I assume Judeo-Christian version) of "Hell" is real, therefore, please state your answers according to/ based off that presupposition.
There are plenty enough threads which you can post in that ask you what your religious beliefs (or lack thereof) are already.
Had to throw that in before this thread went any further.
Carry on ~
Allegedly, the Judeo-Christian hell was created before the recording of time. Therefore, we don't really know when the bible's version of "Hell" came into existence.
Perhaps for a deeper understanding of "Hell".. you should read the non-canon books of the bible. The ones the council of nacea thought "unfit" to be placed in the bible.
I think this should answer the OP's question:

Neither does the Bible say when Hell was created. It is created for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41). Whether or not it was created before Satan’s power was broken by Jesus, or at that time, or yet to be created is not clearly stated in scripture. I don’t see that it makes much difference. For it to have been created first would just show God’s ability to know things before they happen, in our concept of time. If it was created later, that just shows God’s sense of justice.
learning by youself is way more meaningful, and you never asked for information that you would believe :P
When God decided that just suffering on Earth wasn't enough.
Dickery aside, a few things I found from Googling are:

Question 4: Was hell created after Adam sinned? Had God already created a place of torments. God said we would surely return to the dust due to sin. So many times in the bible it says that the wages of sin is death. That the dead are unconscious. God's own law states an eye for an eye, equall restitution. As awesome and strict as the Lord is,He is also gentle and kind would He in fact punish us with torments instead of just blessing us with everlasting life.
Previous Question
Answer: The Bible doesn’t say when hell was created, but it does say why.

God created hell for the devil and his angels. Matthew 25:41 states, "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels." Two points: first, there was no point in creating this place of punishment before the devil and his angels rebelled; and, second, it must have been created before the fall of Adam or else it would have been created for him and his descendants too.
