      The Shack

I received The Shack for Christmas and have just finished it. The book is nothing like I have read before but I found some parts to be awesome in regards to God being 'one' person with three identities. A huge part of the book centered around forgiveness.. even when a person has murdered another.. he/she should still be forgiven.

I haven't found it in myself yet to forgive those who have hurt me either verbally or physically.

Has anyone else read this book? And if so, what do you think of the whole forgiveness issue. God forgives everyone, why shouldn't we?

I noticed your suggestion that people should forgive eachother is based on the fact that God forgives. May I ask what makes you think God forgives people? As in where this information comes from?
