Ok for the next 30 days i will be attempting to have LDs using the MILD technique
During the day i will repeat the mantra " The next time i am dreaming i will perform a RC and realise i am dreaming ". I will say this every time i go toilet / Eat something and opening a door.
While going to bed i will listen to Binaural beats while repeating my mantra in my head till i fall to sleep.

DAY 1
No result ( as to be expected on the first day :L ).
Didnt really get a good night sleep because it was lashing rain and it kept wakin me up every hr or 2 :(
DAY 2
No LD , but can recall 2 vivid dreams.
Recall is getting better :)
DAY 3
No LD just 1 long dream
DAY 4
No Ld and no recall :( i was to tired last night going to bed

Its going good. Six people joined and five have gad lucids. I have had 4 using it another person has had 4 then the other person has had 2. all the other people have had 1 with the exception of one. I posted some more advanced tips on page 20 i think. Your welcome to use any information located there to help your journy, or even join sense its a little bigger of a thread!

Got up at 6 and cud remember 2-3 dreams but wasnt bothered taken them down lol

Still no LD had 2 dreams again last night to do with harry potter :/

First day of school today so wasnt really concentrating on my intentions to to do a mild :/ cud remember 1 dream though ( not very vivid )

No Lucid dreams but one sorta vivid dream. I have got to come up with a mantra like yours.
I don't recall as good as everyone need a mantra.
I think its good if u record urself saying ur mantra and then listening to it for a few minutes before u go to bed it helps it get stuck in ur head
Day 14
No Ld , wierd dream to do with a talking fish/camel
Been two weeks and no lucid ( to be expected since im only a beginner :) ) ima keep going though.
DAY 15
no ld and not recall :( got abit to much going on in school atm and i keep forgetting about my mantra :(
DAY 16
No Ld :( can remember one short dream although not very vivid
I havent remembered a dream in a week. Hoping tonight I can at least remember a dream. But am still thinking big things ala LDing big.

Im back into my old sleeping routine for school so i should be able to concentrate on lding at night now :)
No ld no recall :(
Well are you sure shaun95 that you can still have a lucid dream you do have only 13 days left. Don't worry I know you can do it.

Wrote in DJ and finally having consistency in remembering dreams. Lucid dreaming here I come.:D

No lds but good recall :) its the weekend now so i mite try doing a wbtb tonight

Don't give up. Do you write a Dream Journal? But if you find yourself stressing to much about it a break might actually help. :)
I tried wbtb today but accidentaly woke at 8 am can someone tell me what to do when you DO wake btb?
Well am no expert considering I haven't had a Lucid dream but I tried a WBTB technique before. What I did was went to sleep around 11:30 woke up around 4:45 and stayed awake for like 10 minutes and laid still in my bed felt sp within like 3 minutes but I failed because I couldn't hold my eye lids down because they were moving fast. You should check out the tutorials and ask experts around this forum they will help you.Quote:

Day 21
I set my alarm for 6 to do a wbtb but it never went off :( lol..
No LD but my dreams are getting more vivid.. the ld is not far away!!
Night 9
I remembered a dream at the early part of the morning because I woke up at 5am stayed awake for 12 minutes and tried the WBTB technique. It almost worked I could hear the HI noises but I wasn't feeling SP. But I feel like am really close to doing it.
DAY 22
No Ld and no recall :( I HATE MONDAYS!!!!!
DAY 23 + 24
No Ld and only recalled 1 dream... i got my exam results back today and was kinda nervous so cudnt think about lding last night while going to bed

Night 10 & 11
Couldn't remember a thing. Was sick last two days and I have little to no reality checks through out the day. I have been off for a while and didn't care much for LD and lost interests because couldn't have any. But am back and hopefully on track.
Ye lol i had alot going on this month :/
Night 25 + 26
No Ld ( Ofcourse ) just the usual dreams.. my recall is very good i can remember at least 2 dreams a night now
You think you can do it in 4 days? eh Shaun? Not that you'll stop doing LD after 30 days but you know time is a ticking.Quote:

yea i was gone for a while i've been too busy to breathe with my new biology teacher and I just went camping. Another side note is that I have not listened to any binural beats
Basically, ever since i've been keeping a dream journal, i've had such good recall I can remember most of my dreams.
I had a long dream about this murderer that kept hitting my house and never succeeding. I went lucid when I got his license plate because the number was 30200 (yea i remember) but I never gained control, I just sorta knew I was dreaming.
Back in februrary a tsunami was gonna hit hawaii, and I live in hawaii, but I just happened to be camping with a lotta my friends on the highest point of the island, and I had a dream that I was on some helicopter landing there, in a grocery store, and some tsunami was coming, so we drove down to a completely identical grocery store, and my spanish teacher told us that the tsunami never hit because we were dreaming. The rest of the time i chatted with my friends, and had a good time, being that I thought i was awake.
I had a dream the next night that i owned a mansion and all my family members were my slaves lmfao
I would say it's major progress, but it's not, this is the only method i've practiced, and I have already had 1 lucid dream off it.
Day 9
I had a lucid dream, I AM THE MAN.
I was at my house playing water baloons and i got really mad at some cheater, but then my mom came up to me and said "you know this is only a dream, right?", and I just looked around and everything just clicked. I just walked around, thinking" damn, I'M LUCID!! AND THIS TIME I HAVE SOMETHING TO WORK WITH!" then I came back and everyone was gone, so I somehow teleported to the back of my school (really i just thought about how I wanted to be somewhere else with someone to work with) with some of my old teachers, and some of my friends. Everybody was yelling and asking how they got here, and I answered my 8th grade math teacher by saying "this is only a dream" and he said "Yeh right," and then I forgot the rest of his talk but it didnt matter anyways because right then I slowly lost lucidity, it just became harder to move for myself until I was in dream mode again.
The same night I had some other dream, but I forgot it.
The whole dream lasted a good 10 minutes though, I was lucid for about 5

No Lucid just another amusing dream :/
I am having problems thinking about Lucid dreaming at all during the day and not enough wen going to bed any1 any tips on how to remember lding?
