Myzeo Data Collection
Hi all,
I know that many of you here use the myzeo as a lucid aid and would like to see more research done with the system. I have made a page on my website for individuals to submit their myzeo data. My hope is to provide this data to the public for further research as well as for me to find trends in sleep for my research.
For those worried about privacy Myzeo .CSV files contain no information about your name or any traceable data besides your nightly sleep. If the information is submitted anonymously, there is no way to track who has submitted the data.

I didn't think so at first either but after I finally forked out the money I found it was really something that was beneficial for me. I have been looking for something like this for a long time but for someone just interested in their dreams with hardly any sleep issues I am not sure what use you would get rather than improving your sleep. I am not sure how old you are or your money situation but someday I would look into it.

It helps you see your trends in sleep so that you know whats causing the either poor sleep you are getting or good sleep you are getting. If you often wake up and wonder why you are so tired all the time, there is a good chance that you may be waking up in the middle of the night often, or not obtaining the right amounts of the different stages of sleep. Myzeo can help you see the sleep problems and also put changes in your sleep habits and habits before going to bed to help you obtain better sleep.
If your asking about the data and how it helps me. The data that people submit help identify trends and "normal sleep" so that I understand my data better.

There are quite a few different things you an do. Often enough knowing that you are getting poor sleep is enough to realize you should change some of your nightly activities. You can relax more before sleep, eat less, and exercise during the day. There are a lot of other options you can do in order to help with sleep. You can visit the myzeo website for that information and you can search around the internet as well. Hope this helps!
