90 Days WILD (Phase 2 Continuation)

Hey guys, I was one of the "veterans" you could say, from the very first 90 Day WILD Project. After completion of the Project, I got involved in "phase 2", joined by others who also did and completed phase 1 at the same time. Phase 2 however, didn't turned out how I expected. The project was basically left unfinished. The reason, I believe is because we had more liberty of choosing which days counted, and which ones did not count. I plan to pick up on the current Phase 2 that I'm at, but this time every day counts. Note that DEILDs, WILDs, and VILDs (and any variation of these), are valid (hence the reason I have a success ratio of 16/24, although I've only had 14 WILD's)

If you are currently involved in phase 2, you are welcome to join.

I really would like to but I think I am going to do my own personal 90 day WILD challenge starting at the beggining of summer. Only because I typicly don't have enough sleep time during the school days to WILD effectivly. I have only gotten a few WILDs which weren't very great anyways. Doesn't mean I can't get a few WILDs attempts on the weekends. I try nap WILDs every once in a while but I can never even remember my dreams after naps for some reason.

haha that's alright :), let me know when you start it! Yeah I might be the only one doing this project, since there were only a few of us in the original Phase 2 Project, and I believe everyone quit.

No success.

I went to bed at 12:00, woke at 4:00 am. I stood up to turn it off, then went back to bed. Instead of going on my ipod or something for at least half an hour, I attempted to WILD right away and fell asleep.

No Success. Went to bed at 12:30. I woke up at 5:00 and watched a scrubs episode on my ipod. After watching the episode I attempted NSSWILD, but fell asleep while visualizing my Double Helix Sword.

SO CLOSE!
I went to bed at 11:30, woke up at 4:00, stood up from bed, turned my alarm off and went back to bed. I decided to try and WILD right away. I was having HI's in which my friend told me to think of myself talking. I did so and felt SP setting in. I was till on my bed, but maybe it was my dream bed. I did a RC and some air got through, but that didn't make me lucid, so I just fell asleep in the dream.

Sometimes if you still feel half asleep its best to skip a long wbtb and go strait back into a dream i guess.

especially when you're too lazy to even stay awake for 5 minutes xP

Only 4 hours of sleep, no attempt, no recall.

Woke up at 4:30, went back to bed. Fell asleep.

Same as day 29, I should really stay awake for at least half an hour, then go to bed.

Fell asleep with my phone on my bed, so I turned the alarm off without waking up. I have to leave the alarm somewhere where I have to stand up in order to turn it off or else I wont wake up.

31: Woke up at 4:30, stayed up until 5:00, but fell asleep while counting my breaths.
32: No attempt.

Wow. Andres im glad youre keeping the WILD project going, thats awesome.

I was hoping others would join me, I guess they will if they're still interested.

No attempt, I got back to school today so got little sleep.
I will be attempting tomorrow at 4:30 in the morning.

Alright, I just studied for my bio test (for some reason I find that studying at 4 in the morning is WAY easier than say, 7 at night). I will go downstairs for a glass of juice, apple is there is. Then I will go back to bed and attempt to WILD

After doing the above ^, I spent about 10 minutes focusing on recognizing the SP wave, however I fell asleep without WILDing.

Definitely got off track! I will be getting back in the routine tomorrow!

Day 35
I woke up from a dream, straight into SP. I entered the dream, but SP carried into the dream and was hard to get out of it. Eventually I woke up.

I just found what I think is the perfect alarm that I have been trying to find for month. It has an auto shut off feature and is a very app. I am going to test it tonight and post how it goes tomarrow. If it works as planned I might start the 90 days WILD project now instead of waiting for summer.

I made a new mp3 file with the first 20 minutes being just no noise at all, and then it plays a zelda song (Goron Lullaby) for 20 seconds. I'll try it tonight

I woke up at 4:00, but I was so tired I went straight back to sleep =/, I'm still trying to get back to attempting WILD every night. I will try a new mp3 file I made today, which theoretically should make it easy to DEILD/CAN-WILD

LOL. I would... but I don't wanna explain why xP, my mom freaked out when I tried to explain to her that I wanted to buy a sleep mask for 200 bucks (REM Dreamer), even though it is my money.

i woke up at 4:00 and played a mp3 CANWILD alarm I made. It goes off every 20 minutes. It woke me up 4 or 5 times between 4:20 and 6:30, at which point I turned it off. Everytime I woke up, I fell asleep right after. Next time I have to concentrate on something when I wake up

Woke up at 4:30, and put my CANWILD alarm on, but didn't wake me up once. I should either start using earphones, or make different alarms.

I'm trying out a few CANWILD alarms I made, so far no success. However, this morning after turning them off, and falling asleep, I woke up from a dream straight into SP. I wonder if there was a connection between that and the alarms or not.

Limitless (DEILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I woke up from a dream, I had turned my CANWILD alarms off a while ago. I fell into sleep paralysis. It was the second time of the night that I fell into SP after waking up, but the frist time I failed to realize that the dream had started. This time I reality checked, and I was dreaming.
I stood up from bed. The room was actually bright, way too bright. I settled down. I rubbed my hands together, touched my tongue to the roof of my mouth. It was too bright. I closed the curtains. Everything looked and felt too real. I was hungry so I spawned "Wafer" and "Dulce de leche"which is a thick, caramel-like milk-based sauce. I ate it, and it was the best thing I have ever tasted. And the best part: I could eat as much as I wanted cause it kept re-generating after I took a bite. The dream was 100% stable. It was the first time I had achieved such stability. I was exited to start exploring, or do something. I called Angel, yelled her name, but didn't show up. For some reason my house was too noisy, and I was afraid it would make me lose stability, so I decided to fly through the window. I started flying. I stopped in midair, and looked at my house. I remembered my first lucid dream, when I came outside and stated flying, it was night time and raining back then. I kept flying, and then arrived at my school. I went inside, I was looking for either Diego or Lusho, but instead found Juan Eduardo and Juan Andres, two of my best friends from Venezuela (Lusho and Diego are my best friends in Canada). I told them we were going on a mission. I decided that I would find The Sandman (check my signature, "The source of my nightmares when I was a little kid") and kick its ass. But first I had to find a way to reach him. Somehow I felt like I knew where I was going. I was talking to Juan Andres and Juan Eduardo about lucid dreams, and about Angel while we were flying. We arrived at a building. It seemed important. Then I read the name of the bulding "Sandman Corp." I assumed these guys knew the location of the Sandman, and how to reach it. I went in with my friends. A guy started walking towards us, he grabbed his radio and was about to make a call when I rush towards him and punch him in the face, knocking him out cold. We steal his keys and go into an elevator. The elevator took us to the main floor. I told Juan Andres and Juan Eduardo not to worry, that if they died they would just wake up. We went up a set of stairs, only to find ourselves surrounded by about 100 people with guns. I instantly threw a Kienza (destructor disk) at them, killing about half of them, and I followed it with a kamekameha. I then fought the remaining ones and killed them. Their leader was in the middle, he looked like a miniature version of the sandman (like the ones at the end of the video). I asked him where his father was, the little creature looked at me, it was coughing blood, it gave its last breath and died. We took the elevator again, to leave the place. They asked me how I had done that, I reminded them it was a dream. The streets were desserted. We flew again, I was leading them. At some point they either stopped following me, or just disappeared. I was flying towards Lusho's house. I heard a random DC saying that flying over the road was illegal. I decided I would kill the sandman some other time, I probably didn't have much time left. While flying I was already thinking of the name for this dream, I decided I would name it "Limitless" because that's exactly how I felt. I was also wondering whether it was already April or not, but couldn't figure it out. I arrived at Lusho's house, I knocked on the door. Alejandro, another friend of mine from Venezuela opened the door. For some reason I lost lucidity, probaly became semi-lucid. I was telling him of the food I had spawned earlier, and how good it was. He then said something, I couldn't make up what it was, but he pointed somewhere. I looked, it was a clock tower, it was almost 12:00 , the second-hand was about to reach 12:00. I saw the reflection of the Sun on the clock. As soon as the second-hand reached 12:00, I woke up.

I can't believe my last "good" lucid dream was on march 29 (the one above) :(
I kinda drifted away from Lucid dreaming lately, mostly due to school, but right now I feel like it's time to get back on it.

I will be trying Jeff's WILD Freefalling technique (http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/jeff77...72/index2.html). I hope to report with results tomorrow.

Also, since the Shared Dreaming class was closed, and that's where I kept my journal, I decided I will start posting my dreams in my dream journal, and will use this thread kinda like my student workbook

No success, but I gave it a shot :)! My problem was that I went to bed right away after waking up, therefore I fell asleep almost instantly. Tonight I will try again, but stay awake for a while before going back to sleep.
Also, recall is improving a little bit. I was able to recall a dream a little bit vivid. Which doesn't sound as much, but lately I haven't had much recall so for me it does :lol:

I was gone for 2 months, and I'm finding it really hard to get back on track... I start university on September, and I hope that I'll be lucid dreaming again by then.
This year was definitely a step back for me, lucid dreaming-wise. Maybe I'll reset in December, or sooner if possible.

Well I only have one final exam left (monday), and I really want to get back into lucid dreaming. I have a lot of work to do, like getting my dream recall back. But starting tonight I'm officially back :)! I hope I'll be able to get a couple of lucids this month, and if possible keep the routine even after my second semester starts
