Oniric clairvoyance (experiment)
Several scientific experiments give the dream state as extremely psi-conducive 'cause sensory input reduction and direct connection with the subconscious could exalt extra-sensory abilities (see for example the telepathy experiments performed by the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn).
On this basis I decided to combine the techniques of lucid dreaming with clairvoyance, through a simple task.
Here are the rules of the experiment:
0) I choosed a random color (RED or BLACK); the selected color will be kept secret for the duration of the experiment; however, I report here the SHA-512 hash of a sentence that identifies it, so that I cannot change the color in a second time:
538735e4a77e47acd91461eb03c2534e6800cfa8c9de43af00 a3ec603d4aaeba67565d6642419505acdce2339519109e8c4b c5d9ae71fd3b591256df8ad49e15
1) anyone who wishes to participate must enter in his tasks list a task that allows to know in a dream the chosen color, for example - but everyone is free to choose the preferred method - he can rotate a card from a deck and see the color, ask a dream character, count to three and say that he will hear a voice saying the right color, look at the hair of the first girl he sees in lucid dreaming etc ...
2) the color found is to be send to me *privately* and kept secret
3) the same person can send multiple forecasts of color, also contradictory but obtained from different lucid dreams; it will be announced two results, one that takes into account only the "first response" of each participant and one where there will be considered all the answers received;
4) in order not to execute an "optional stopping" (to conclude the experiment at the occurrence of a favorable condition), the experiment will be concluded at the achievement of the first 30 responses, and the results published, along with the phrase whose hash is reported at the point 0.
5) I will update the number of participants and responses (which will up the thread, which remains valid until the condition 4) is reached
