Windy, how do you think self hypnosis would work inside a lucid dream? It's something I'd like to try and because you're so good at it, I thought it would interest you. Also remember to tell yourself you'll enter a deep state of hypnosis quicker each time you attempt.
Haha actually I thought the exact same thing as yours few days ago... that, I would really like to try it in the next LD. Maybe it will help with time dilation or dream control. And everyone is able to do self-hypnosis so you just need some practice I guess :DQuote:

Day 9: sleep from 12:30 AM to 8 AM - 1 WILD and semi-LD
Day 10: sleep from 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM - 1 WILD
Day 11: sleep from 12:30 AM to 8 AM - non-LD
Day 12: sleep from 11:45 PM to 8:15 AM - 1 WILD for an hour
Day 13: sleep from 11:30 PM to 8:50 AM - non-LD
Day 14: sleep from 1 AM to 8:30 AM - semi-LD
Total= 4 LDs and 4 semi-LDs
Day 16 (3/6/13)
Time slept: 1:40 AM
Time woke up: 8:35 AM
Results: 1 DILD
I actually started practicing ADA 2 days ago and I don't know if it affected my awareness...hmm I think it did. Although I got lucid I decided to observe the dream :D
Hi Windhover looks to me like you've worked through your dry spell pretty well.
But i want to ask, do you combine different techniques with self hypnosis every time?
I have just started with it but i simply use suggestions to have a lucid dream until i fall asleep.
You have so fast results no?
And do anyone have some good advice to a noob like me?
