      Vibrating Watch - WatchMinder2

I'm currently testing the WatchMinder2. It's a watch that's used for training in all sorts of ways. Of course I've purchased this for reality checks. There are two modes, Train and Remind. Train is where you set your set of alarms to go off where you would do your reality checks.

For the first 3 days I did triggers from 3 PM until 10 PM. On the following day I set triggers while sleeping from 1AM to 7AM.

Lately I've been sick and having some sleep issues so my testing hasnt been accurate. Although I still have faith this could be an excellent mode for doing reality checks during the day and the vibrating alerts entering the dream world throughout the night. Once I get back on a normal sleeping schedule I think this will trigger a lucid. So far due to not feeling so hot, I was either awake during the trigger or slept through it. Moonbeam is also testing this watch. We've noticed if you do reality checks often (I think she was doing every 15 minutes) the battery drains within a couple of days. From what I've been doing so far my battery is fine. I restarted this post because it belongs in Research and I wasnt the original creator of the Watches post and didnt know if I had the right to ask to have it moved.

      Thanks!

Well I'm still sleeping through the night triggers. This doesnt seem to be an effective way for me personally. I'll probably be closing this research for now. I may try again later, who knows!

I'm wondering if the vibration is not strong enough? This has implications to our work with the REM detector so your experience is valuable to us.

I was hoping that you would have some success with this.
Perhaps if you combine some type of incubation technique with your method, then possible your subconscious will pick up on the triggers.

received my watch minder last week first night I used it I became lucid but im sleeping through the vibrations it does need to be a stronger vibration .So I decided to put it under my pillow and I must of erased all my program setting while I was sleeping .I was using a plug in timer with a vibrating massager under my bed .I have become lucid but my timer has one minute interval so it keeps waking me up. Do you know if there are timers out there with second intervals, if so tell me where because I have searched everywhere .I like the watchminder but wished it had a stronger vibration and would like set how long the vibration would last.Ill keep trying
