Thumbs up Inducing Lucid Dream responses with Hipnosis

      Hey people..

Well im posting this since i might get some interesting reviews on what my problem would be like.

Im working on some lucid dreaming tapes, this kind of tape its in the (theta) range and its a 40m session.

In the tape there is a part when you ask a question and your subconscious mind will tell you the answer in a "lucid dream".

My problem is everytime i jump the wall(where you will find the answer) i feel a strange energy running trough my whole body and i freak out and i break the state...

I think this could be related to my life experiences with demons, spirits and other kind of wacko stuff and thats why i freak out maybe but i want to ear from you guys.

      best regards

It is my understanding that whenever a person is faced with something they do not yet understand or see, they feel weird. Restlessness, panic, freaking out and so on. Panic, I think, is a good example of the conscious mind going haywire from incoming information overload, strength, volume or alienness. Of course, this is much more prone to happen to those who are still "plugged in" (Matrix reference).
I know from experience that when I feel weird, there's something that I am supposed to do or understand.
Failing can be interpreted as not being ready for the truth.

The only reason, in my opinion, for it hold back anything is because one is not ready for the aformentioned thing. From the fact that I am going to make a second Matrix reference, you can surmise how much they have affected me:
the choice is already made, now you have to understand why you made it...
The other possibility would be that its just teasing or being a prick (assuming it is keeping something from you)

and welcome to the lucid community!

To me, it sounds similar to what happens in sp. If your not ready for the extreme sensations or you let them get the best of you, you're more than likely going to fail.

Instead, tell yourself that this is what's supposed to happen, and that it's simply a step on your journey to becoming lucid. It just means you're getting closer to your goal, and that should help you stay positive and hopefully not break the state.

A little bit off topic, but it fits the title. I have heard that somebody can hypnotise you to have a lucid dream every night of your life. When you are in the trance state, they simply tell you " When you fall asleep, you will see a button. Simply press that button to enter your dreamscape. Here you can do anything you want. "
