Effectiveness of Mugwort Herb

I recently acquired some mugwort to aid in the recall and frequency of vivid and lucid dreams. I must say this herb is wondrous. I first tried to make a dream pillow as many of the forum topics talk about, but found that I could not fall asleep very well with a plastic bag inside my pillow. Then I decided that maybe smoking a joint of the stuff would have the same affect. I am pleased to say that my frequency of lucid dreams has gone up tremendously, and I rarely forget a single dream when I smoke the stuff before bed. I would encourage anyone who is having trouble attaining lucidity to order some mugwort and give it a try.

You can also make tea with it. It's not too tasty, but adding a sweetner of your choice helps. You can aso blend it with other dream/sleep teas. The key is to let it boil/simmer for at least twenty minutes. The darker the better. Check to be sure it doesn't boil away. I've had vivid dreams using it.

wtf, i don't really get any help with mugwort.
I've been drinking that tea that is as dark as tea, still same recall and vividness.

I agree. BTW, mugwort is one herb you should take breaks with because its substances can become toxic overtime.
