Audio track induces LDs

Well I came across this website that claims to have, "Binaural beats [that] affect our brainwaves directly and can alter moods, behavior, even consciousness."

As you can see, there's a whole list of different tracks that induce different moods into the listener. I've actually tried some of them, and they really do work! The 6th track on the page is titled "Lucid dreams." In the comment section some people claimed to fall asleep while listening to it and went into a LD. If that doesn't work, then it's at least supposed intensify your dreams. I haven't tried it myself yet, but this site is legit and the few tracks I have tried worked.

Keep in mind, you need to be in a dark room, put headphones on, and relax without any distraction for them to work. Post your results if you want to try it out. I'll try it tonight and post my results too.

Someone else that uses I-Doser! Nice Silox. I've personally experienced the Lucid Dream dose, and I was almost in sleep paralasis by the end of it (probably due to the fact I wasn't moving at all). That night I also experienced very, very vivid dreams.

Silox, something you may also want to look into is the Gamma dose. I read a few days ago a test writton on someone's blog about long term exposure to Gamma brainwaves. They were a lucid dreamer, and experienced more vivid dreams, and also found concentration on tasks was improved.

I had a sucessful run! I just listened to it before going to bed and had a LD where I was on the beach hearing the same sounds as the audio on the track.

I am not usually a fan of I-Doser, but the LD one always worked for me. It always put me right to sleep and always induced a lucid dream. I am suprised to find others having sucess with it, I-Doser usually gets a bad rep.

Did anyone put the song on your mp3 player or just played it from their computer and went to bed?

Yeah, but you have to buy it from the website. I'm guessing there isn't a way around having to pay for it?

No legal way, except for the free ones they give you if you join the forum. But these are not in MP3, nor are they the lucid dream ones. And the torent searches may work, but they may not be the offical I-Doser ones, or they may have lost quality (it needs to be perciese).

In short, alot of shit can go wrong if you don't buy it.

The beats at I-Dose.us aren't actually I-Doser's work - this the lack of the "er" on the end. So, in reality, this website is what you could call a rip-off of I-Doser, except the binaural beats actually work. Hahaha :P.

I Doser has never worked for me, and I must've tried it a dozen times. But who knows, maybe it'll work the thirteenth time.

Hahaha, I could relate. Only I don't get headaches all the time from them, just after I've had a busy day and can't relax my mind.

When I'm nice and relaxed though, the effects are intense. I'd reccomend it to anyone :)

Ok, stumbled across this thread. For the last two nights I have been using this track from about.. 9.30 - 10.30 (in bed around 10.. asleep by 10.30) and have had TOP results.

Maybe its a placebo? But iv tried other ld.mp3s and with nothing too dramatic... but the night before last I had 3 Lds and lastnite 6.. So think im going to use this every night from now on :D. This, along with a WBTB greentea is doing wonders, and SILOX I read your other message about reality checks and have been absolutely hammering them lately (but not spamming.. still being critical) and its definately upped my DILDing abilities.

Sorry to get on a rant, but yeah personally Id recommend this track over others.

Right so, I had it playing all night and didn't really notice a difference. However, I only listened to the pirated copy so it might be that the lower quality makes a difference
