Lucid/Conscious Dreams and Sidereal Time

hey all, i did a search about this but nothing came up so if there is already a thread about this, my apologies.

besides the people that are able to become lucid every night, most of us go through cycles in our dream retention and/or lucidity in our lives. im wondering if there is any correlation between the 13:30 Local Apparent Sidereal Time(LAST) and better retention/lucidity and the 19:00 LAST and worse retention/lucidity.

i think a neat experiment for the site would be for everyone to note in their DJ's what window of Sidereal Time they were in while sleeping and see if any patterns emerge. here is the Sidereal Clock that i use on my computer.

ive been thinking about this for a couple weeks and just today i was sleeping from 9am local to 2pm local(9:31 - 2:31(14:31) LAST) and i got lucid. the other times ive gotten lucid in the past couple of weeks it was during the night so it wasnt anywhere near the 13:30 "magic hour" nor the 19:00 "dead time" the article talks about. ive never recorded the LAST window in my DJ but im going to start and i thought it would be interesting if other people did it as well to see if theres something to it.

what does everyone think?
