Damn, i got this stupid law stuck in my head and i can't remember it. It's something to do with light radiating and the further it goes the bigger the beams get. Kinda like with a flash light.

What you described could be a number of things.

Well flashlights have lenses so perhaps you're talking about that? By the way, is there any other reason for light to radiate/become wider, beside reflection, refraction...? So yeah, I'd check lens optics, I'm no expert though. The image doesn't have any annotations so it looks like some random perspective pic. (Snell's law?)
I don't have my physics book on me, but I think you're talking about luminance. It's an inverse-square relationship: the luminance of an object is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the source.
