Well, obviously Monty Python's Flying Circus is the best of them all, but there's also a lesser known show from a similar era called Fawlty Towers. It's a sitcom about a guy, played by John Clese (who also co-wrote the show with his wife, who played opposite him), who with his wife owns a small hotel.
I LOVE Fawlty Towers, haha!
MPFC is good too
Oh, and Top Gear FTMFW!!!

Coupling
The Benny Hill Show
Take a wild guess which I like.
Doctor What?
skins, but only the first two seasons. and misfits.
Mr. Bean by far.
Not Doctor What, Doctor Who! You wouldn't ask, "what is that guy you've been hangin' out with lately", you'd say "who is that bloke you've been snoggin' in the cornah?"
Hint:He owns a TARDIS.
:panic:
father ted, doctor who, and The IT crowd
Monty Python (Ministry of Funny Walks, LOL), Doctor Who, Mr. Bean (Just plain awesome),
I've seen some Faulty towers before... Cleese amazingly funny as always..
Favourite American Sitcom: FRIENDS (Greatest Sitcom of all time), Big Bang Theory, How I met your mother and some others...
Blackadder, That Mitchell and Webb Look, Fawlty Towers, Doctor Who, Mock the Week
actually, that's pretty much all I ever watch on TV.
Monty Python. Brits also invented Who's Line is it Anyways? and the Office, but I prefer the American versions...
Still Game.
For sure.
It's a Scottish show which ended about 3 years ago. Which really sucks. And it was all because the 3rd main starring guy wanted more control/power over the company.
Greedy bastard.
Well, it was actually one of the main guys who decided to stop it. But the root was because of that other dude.
But yea. Funniest shit out. Good storylines too.
forgot to add red dwarf
