Ok. Even though you didn't need to start a thread, cool. Feel free to comment on those LDs a bit more back in the original thread. Besides that, well, was I right when I said that you have one big night-long WILD?
Oh! Yeah! Every night. I even had them when I was 3. In fact, my mom would have to put on Xmas cartoons for me, until I entered SP, & then entered a dream. Back then I was at a very low level of LDing, but I still had them, but I just couldn't control what happened in them until I learned how to talk at age 4.Quote:

That's really cool stuff. I don't know how it would work that you could be in REM all night long. But, if it's induced through WILD and SP, I guess it's possible. That's weird but really cool. I'm not great at WILD because I can't seem to get to SP, but I have done WBTB WILD before. I can imagine that it would be a little annoying for you, but it probably pays off in the end. :) Lots of fun.
Maybe that explains why I need 10 hours of sleep at night!Quote:

Also, in your opinion, what is a sci-fi?
A sci-fi seem to be alot like OBEs, but I kinda doubt that it's an actual OBE because I tend to think that those could only happen in the deepest stages of sleep/meditation possible. That's assuming it can be done at all. It seems to me that it's most likely some weird mixture between an OBE and an LD. An LD where you can sort of perceive events from reality. Theoretically speaking, of course. I try to keep skeptical but optimistic about these sorts of things. :)
Well, maybe it is b/c my mind has endless energy.Quote:

What is your answer to the 2nd ??
I dunno what you mean by the 2nd.
Yeah! I doubt that too, b/c I am usually in SP when it happens, either I force myself to have a sci-fi, or I get into a deeper state of SP, & I end up floating through the ceiling. Of course, I am no scientist, so it is kind of bizarre. Also, I remember the time when I took Cody away from his duplicate, b/c he was screaming b/c he thought it was him, so I took him to Disneyland & met Michelle there.Quote:

When I went to Disneyland 2 weeks later, it looked exactly the same, which I thought was so cool! I think to myself, "Wow! LDs that let you view a place in reality? Cool, but I still don't get why people ignore me?"
They probably ignore you because they can't see you. In the dream, you're like a ghost. You can make them see you by willing yourself to be seen with dream control. :)
I try to do that, but the only people that notice me are ones in white robes, but I can also get them to notice by DSing by entering foreign territory, but it is a bit risky!Quote:

Also, I consider it a LD, b/c anything that usually doesn't happen to me in real time (even if it does happen during my awake hours) I usually consider a LD, kind of a weakness that I have, in actuality. I mean, it feels like I am awake, but yet, if there are 2 mes, 2 Codys, & 2 Michelles, & if I fly, I still consider it one!
I don't find DSing dangerous at all, because it's just a dream, after all. But anyways, if it's a dream and you can't make them see you, then your dream control must not have been too good. Or at least not for that sort of thing.
No, it isn't that! It is like I am kind of in the real world, but yet, I think that I am dreaming, b/c things like flying cannot happen in the real world, so I have as much control in these as I would (maybe less than) in my awake hours.Quote:

These are totally different from LDs, but have some similarities, but also, they are also similar to real life, too!
The reason that it's like you're in real life and don't have much control is probably that you expect yourself to not have much control. You probably started these dreams when you were young and not too experienced with dream control and just sort of came to the conclusion that you couldn't control them, so you expect it to be that way now.
Well, in actuality, I can control my other LDs, just not these ones. A few times, it is like a FA & remain in my bedroom. Sometimes I look at my digital clock, & when I go BTB, it says exactly the same time, & my room looks the same. I just think, "Whatever!" & try to fall into another LD!Quote:

Yeah, I know that you can control your normal LDs. But what I'm saying is that you expect yourself to have no control in sci-fis, so you don't.
It isn't like I haven't tried. Like one time, I expected to stay on a wall by leaning on it, & what happened? I fell through like a twit. Really, I am trying to control them, but there is only so much I can do.Quote:

Also, should I try loosening that blue sash tied around my belly (you know the one that extends for miles & leads me back to my bedroom)? I am a bit paranoid about untying it, as I fear something bad will happen..
Well, it's sort of odd that you can't control it like a normal LD. Some would say that you've descended from a mental plane where dreams take place to something somewhere between the physical and dreams. Like Astral Projection. Part dream, part OBE. My opinion--unlikely. I think anything's possible, but I sorta doubt this possibility. The sash is similar to the silver thread that people report, though. My understanding is that it couldn't be broken/untied even if you tried. Most likely, your subconscious is simulating the idea of OBEs or at least trying to. Cutting you off from your dream control makes it even more realistic.
Well, I guess so, & I am trying to put doubts in my mind too, b/c I am thanatophobic. Well, & it happened b4 I learned anything about them! So, it isn't like the idea just appeared.Quote:

Also during a sci-fi, I feel so light, like a feather, & I feel peaceful. Sometimes when I am in SP, I get scared & do not want to have a sci-fi. But when I let go, it feels like Soaring over California & the Temple combined into one! Also, usually, when I wake up from a regular LD, I am very hyper, so it would be better not to have a sleepover, but when I wake from a sci-fi, I am really peaceful, & my mom is kind of curious to why that is, & so am I.
So, it's probably just a normal LD and you're putting doubts in your mind about that, causing you to lose your control. The peace thing is probably because a normal LD gives you a huge rush of controlling your own world. When you take away all that control, you still have the rush of it all, but it's more like a calm and collective rush if you know what I mean. Your rush goes to more productive things than hyperness. Just like thinking more clearly than normal and stuff. Plus, flying around would probably be alot more calming than playing video games on unimaginably hard mode would be. ;)
That is so cool! You are the 1st person to actually say that they are only LDs, b/c other people don't agree w/me, especially my boss & Chris (1 kid that says that he notices me, & I tel him, sorry kid, but they are only dreams, & you didn't really see me, but he is still persuasive).Quote:

Hey, do you think that you could explain that these are only dreams to dreamtamer007, b/c he does not think that they are dreams, & PMs me, asking me how to do this & that it isn't a dream!
who's your boss?
He is head custodian of the Janitors, & I am 2nd Banana. I refer to him as a Putz, but his real name is Mike! He teases alot, but doesn't believe that my Sci-fis are dreams.Quote:

You could just PM him asking him to look at this thread. Or explain it yourself using a quote or two from me. :)Quote:
