      Greetings in the Resurrected Christ!

I haven't yet introduced myself formally here at Dreamviews.

Jesus Christ has raised me from the dead, body and soul, after approximately 1,925 years.

Both He and I were originally conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Christ has worked His resurrecting me through normal consummation.

As I see it, He is using me as an example, as well as fulfilling my need to be just like everyone else.

      Have a great day!
      sincerely,
St. Elijah (cf. §784, Catholic Catechism),
St. John the Baptist (cf. §785, Catholic Catechism),
Edward Palamar (cf. §786, Catholic Catechism),
      Petrus Romanus (Peter the Roman),
the sign of the Son of Man in Heaven (Matt. 24:30)
I am resurrected by Jesus Christ! Alleluiah!

I thought only God could raise people from the dead? And now you are approximately 1900+ years old? Please post a pic in the pictures thread.
And welcome to DV my holy friend!

      Welcome to DreamViews.

If it's been approximately 1925 years before you got resurrected, I suggest you take it easy the next couple of years. You also might want to take some time to familiarize yourself with modern technology.

If, however, you are interested in lucid dreaming (you didn't mention anything about it), I suggest you take a look at Puffin's Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming. This guide contains all the basic information about lucid dreaming.

When I first posted several months ago, I noticed that there seemed to be associated products with the concept of lucid dreaming and thought it best not to interfere. But using "Peter the Roman" as the search parameter brought me to its use and I quoted one of the first times I responded to such searching. At least some of my fellow editors at wikipedia deem it inappropriate that the slots for "Peter the Roman" contain a more direct relevance to fact concerning the article "Prophecy of the Popes". Be that as it may, I might not have been as thorough in such search and respond had they not 'shot me down'. The problem with them setting such precedent is that I deem it as cyberbullying as the law states that one is allowed such oppurtunity, but not without Divine vindication. So, according to a quatrain of Nostradamus, a formal election is to take place, this being such vindication, which poses another conundrum as the current recognized Vicar, Benedict XVI, does not fit the description according to another quatrain. More to come, for sure.

I've updated the specifics of resurrection in my bio and added my only pic (at age 29 through all this returning).

Wow that's great! God must be proud of you! And you certainly sounds like a busy man, I guess it gives you a lot of pressure and responsibility being raised from the dead by God and all.

I find no pressure from resurrection, nor do I find it so as a responsibility. The gift of eternal life is free through Christ Jesus, yet we have been purchased at a price.

Christ says, "My burden is easy, and my yoke is light." This is so in such details as eternity unfolds before our very beings. The Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary include a special petition to strengthen our memories. Indeed, Christ has made it easy thus far in the events of some of my life via the angels and saints who have preserved the Holy Bible. Even since such record, I have lucid memory of events, inclusive to things during term of she who birthed me (rebirth) - and I have had dreams, nightmares, and one particular out of body experience.

But as for those 1,925 years, it was like a millisecond - no memory, nada - but lots to read.

I have travelled here from the year 1992 to ask this:
Are you actually interested in lucid dreaming? So far the only time you mentioned dreaming, was when you said that it's dangerous to treat dreaming without God.

You'd have to understand the skepticism in our minds, after all, it was Jesus Christ who said in Matthew 24:24 "For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect."

For all I know, with no offense intended and with all due respect, my sir, you are a false prophet.

Yes. But, I too am skeptical and have heard a prophecy at a Charismatic Conference back in the 70's or 80's that went something like this ". . . and young people and minds experimenting with things that they shouldn't . . ." - this was meant more for the drug culture at the time.

Christ taught "Without me, you can do nothing." Hence the admonition to always begin any undertaking with prayer. Believing in Christ as the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, one can see that I prayed with Him face to face in the Gospel of St. Matthew 3:15 - the very reason I have been reborn is that I agreed to baptize Him under His terms. Further Scripture readings show that He is a man of His word, at least, to me.

My initial reaction to lucid dreaming is similar to astral projection. I have often wondered about the physical attributes of historic figures when photography was not in use. The movie "Deja Vu" explores such power of thought in the use of triangulation.

I find the bliss of resurrection peaceful and calming. I have come to the understanding that the universe is infinite. As prophecy relates to us that God shall speak to us in our dreams, particulars as to the actual going to farther reaches of the universe from earth can certainly be manifested to us in such dreaming.

When we pray "Thy will be done" and "give us this day our daily bread", we put our lives into the hands of our Maker. Yet, He says, "Pray, that your joy may be made full." In good conscience, I can only support the delving into lucid dreaming as a human response to the prophecy "Try Me in this." Faith is a requirement, however.
      sincerely,

      Indeed, He did.

And I understand the need of confirmation. When I began using the computer, it was mostly for writing finished music scores with the use of a printer. I've often thought of what the famous composers would think of the ability to print one of their scores in a mater of seconds. My being reborn, with Christ's continued support, is a need I have to stay alive, yet I don't find it any different for any one else.

Whose alt is this or am I just a complete idiot?
