Thread: Your Preparations for Burglary/Social Meltdown/Zombie Apocalypse

Three Situations:

1. Your house is burgled
2. The economy plunges into the depths and riots start. Civilization becomes a wilderness.
3. ZOMBIES!

What preparations have you at the minute for dealing with each of these situations, and what would be your course of action?

Me first;

1. Beside my bed is a steel baseball bat and a 150lbs scoped crossbow bow. I'd hopefully have time to load the bow and creep downstairs like a pro. I'm hoping i'd get a sensible burglar who would leave when they see I'm armed because I really don't want to kill anyone, but alas if a beating is in order then...

2. I'd cover up the windows and doors of the house, arm up, and then start thinking of a food plan.

3. I'd cover up the windows and doors of the house, set up some sandbags on the roof to use as a pillbox, and load up my jeep with guns and ammo to go and raid the local Tesco's.
