I was just wondering.... I feel hurt all of a sudden and now my arms feel slightly weaker in addition to all the other things that happen when you feel close to crying. What happens to you?

I'm hurt you don't trust me. When have I ever snapped (besides that one time at him)? When have I betrayed anyone's confidence? When have I been unable to hold my tongue when I should? Besides, I have enough deductive logic to make a pretty good guess.
i get a sharp pain in my left wrist. sometimes it goes up my arm.
I get really tired...

But to answer your question, I get really tired too, and I stare and feel empty. :?

When I'm sad, I don't eat and seem to do the same thing over and over or hours (like twirling my hair around one of my fingers.)
I am sorry you are sad Ame! The only thing I could think of... kinda off topic sorry, is when i am nervious I get really thirsty!
Oh yeah when i am depressed i just want to go to sleep. When i feel like i am going to cry my nose starts to itch.

usually my mind wanders and my body feels weightless... i get a cold feeling in my stomach and i feel sick... i can't function... so i just sort of sit there. it depends on the degree of sadness... also.
When I'm sad, I listen to upbeat music and try to wash the sadness away...when I'm REALLY sad, I listen to morbid, sad music (i.e. Evanescence) and contemplate cutting myself. Then some times passes and the feeling lifts...

if im really sad or angry i go for walks that last for hours
I stop talking.
I'm a very lively, outgoing person, who talks a mile a minute.
If something has upset me or made me sad, i become very introverted, and i'll only talk about it when i'm ready.
Drugs and alcohol usually cheer me up (temporarily) when I get sad. If I'm depressed, I also get sleepy and unproductive.
I gess I get tired....
I go to a small dark room to weep when Im really sad
When I become sad I feel like smacking somebody on the head.
If I get sad, I'll listen to Kelly Clarkson/Evanescence/other depressing music or think about unhappy thoughts that I seem to remember from a long time ago...
If I get angry, I ramble on to anyone who will listen and one time I almost punched a hole in the wall :shock:
When Im sad, I sit down and a "white haze" just covers me. Ill feel empty and dizzy and ill feel nothingness....
When I'm sad, I go sit down or whatever. Or just sit there. Then I go back and KICK ARSE (the ass of whoever upset me). Well, sometimes my "kicking ass" is just making a minor inconvinence for them... I dunno, pushing a filing cabinet on top of them (well, actually only just stealing random bits of paperwork. It makes me happy again).
Yah, that was just a temporary thing, but I was curious, too. (Things are fine now, btw) I was talking with someone this morning who had taken a personality test (a professional one, not one online) that helped her realize that when she gets stressed she turns to reading and sleep.
That just made me think and I realized that I do the exact same thing. If I'm feeling depressed I tend to reach for a book or go to sleep in order to escape. That conversation brought up several things to think about.... it's just wierd that when I suddenly become sad (like my first post) I feel weighted down, especially my arms.
I punch holes in walls in an awesome display of fury and strengh. Sometimes i jump up and down. I weigh alot so its really effective. If nothing else works i scream at them.
