      In my experience, males are much better animals. Even intact, they're more mellow/friendly/playful than females.
      I like both cats and dogs, but dogs DO require so much more work!!!!!
      A male cat, IMO, is better than even a dog because you get all of a dogs good qualities but a cats independence and self-reliance. And if you live in an area that they can go outside freely, you have perfection because you don't even have to worry about a litter box lol
