1) Gold and silver aren't colors. They are shiny versions of tan-yellow and grey.
2) Frowning is a made up concept. No one's mouth ever goes down like this. :(

Gold and silver are their own colors based on the characteristics of the metal. I know the Grateful Dead say that "every silver-lining has a touch of grey" but that's just a metaphor, a human-attributed quality to non-specific things.
Gold is a beautiful color and metal. I'm particularly fond of white gold though.
As for the frown...if my daughter feels any worse I'll take you a picture of that face for you. She stayed home today from school. I see that face occasionally.
Our brains are more capable than what we think. It's like an infinite pool of power. A lot of people don't realise that.
There might be need for clarification. I've realized that gold and silver aren't colors on their own. For something to be considered gold, it needs to be shiny. If it isn't shiny, it's just a tan-yellow color which I don't think anyone would describe as gold. Similarly, for something to be silver, it has to be shiny. Otherwise it's just grey.
There may be some exceptions, but I don't think most people actually put their mouths like this :( when they're upset. The face is more neutral, a straight line, and it's other muscles in the face responsible for the 'sadness' or 'anger' looks.
2 wrongs don't make a right.... but three lefts do :)
