What's your favorite fruit?

I really like fruit, and lately I've been trying more and more different types. So I want to know--what's YOUR favorite fruit? Recipes and combinations are welcome as well--fruit salads, smoothies, anything!

Fuyu persimmons - but I out of some reason do not like Hachiya persimmons I just bought a Fuyu persimmon! It's not quite ripe yet, looking forward to trying it though. All great fruits! I haven't tried a pomelo before!

I haven't tried a pomelo before! If you like grapefruit, you will love pomelo. Taste like sweet grapefruit.

There are way too many fruits I havren't tried, like all of these. Tangerine Pomelo Fuyu persimmons Hachiya persimmons grapefruit papaya pear dates kiwifruit passionfruit tangerine pummelo apricot honeydew mango I can imagine what a lot of those taste like (like mangos and pears) because other stuff has their flavor, like I've drunk mango juice. Maybe that counts, but I've still never eaten an actual mango. Someone needs to send me an exotic fruit basket. And I hate cherries.

Oranges and Strawberries. I also really like plums. When i was living in Florida i had a tree in my yard that grew oranges around December. Tasted delicious.

Jalapeños.....I have used them in almost everything I've ever cooked. I can't say that for any other fruit.

apples, peaches, strawberries, green grapes, rasberries , plums, rubarb or however spelt, three kinds of cherries, blackberries, red currents, two kinds of pears... well i think thats all for the fruit i had growing in the yard of my childhood home. so choosing a favorite fruit now is hard to do, there all real damn tasty you know. maybe a tropical one we cant grow in BC, like kiwis, oranges, pineapples etc i dont know man.. not too fond of bananas though except for that they're supposed to make dreams more vivid or something. oh and the neighbor we knew grew blueberries, i love blueberries.

Tomatoes, by an extremely wide margin. But that's just in meals of course... as far as alone goes, I'd probably have to say strawberries, and maybe pears as a sort of close third. I've never really tried a fruit I didn't really care for, except maybe for yali pears, but those ones definitely stand out.

Pineapple, peach, and... hmm I like apples too, but not by themselves. Tomatoes are also great, but not by themselves of course. If I had to pick one, it would be a nice big juicy peach.
