The Happy Farmer. It's the only piece I still remember by heart.

      Fantasia in D Minor

I haven't learned to play it, but it is a wonderful piece.

My favorite piece that I can play is Forrest Gump: Feather Theme. It's all about the Gump.

      http://www.tsdf.net/experimentalclassical.htm

      e.g.
      mists of solice
      flickering embrace
      torn

      and

beethoven's moonlight sonata, of which i love the sheer intensity.

To Zanarkand - Final Fantasy X

Anything by Paul Simon(Tenderness), ColdPlay(Amsterdam), Elton John(Candle in the Wind), Journey(Open Arms), or Queen(Save Me)

Another cool one is from the soundtrack from that movie DUNE by Toto

      And "Josephine" by Teitur

There's also a new age classical piece by Michael Manring called "This Rush of Wings" that's really beautiful. I never did find the sheet music for it, so I had to learn it by listening over and over and sounding it out. Took me a while.

Which one, the older, crappier one, or the new?

I thought Toto did an excellent job on the soundtrack for Dune - I love that album, really atmospheric yet slightly moody imagination (sort of industrial and sad), i love the tracks "Dune Main Title" and "Prophecy Theme by Brian Eno" - i could listen to them over and over again for hours and they still wouldnt lose their atmosphere.

I would have to go with "Toccata & Fugue in D Minor" as my fav piano piece of all time (but also i really like The Phantom of the Opera track - The Phantom of the Opera).

      Oh HELL yeah, I agree.

And when we said "older and crappier" we meant the movie, not the soundtrack. Though I'm more partial to the original movie EVEN THOUGH i guess it wasn't as close to the book as that mini series that came out later.

      But anyway, yeah, YAY Toto.
