Thread: What would being eaten by a shark feel like?

Hey m8 I imagine it would hurt!! Major understatement there. Ever been bitten my a puppy or a cat? Sharks have sharper teeth!

As for being shark fodder, I think at first it would feel, erm ... dissapointing. But if I could get past that (in time), I guess it would feel gratifying that my life was given to sustainence of other life. Good karma there, I think. But yeah, it would probably hurt, too.

I heard about a guy who got attacked by a shark and apparently it wasn't that painful because the teeth were so insanely sharp they made a really clean cut which didn't hurt as much as, say, being slashed by a rusty knife. So maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

Yeah, i'd think the same. Since it happens so fast and switfly that they wont notice its really gone till they see something splattering all about. I'd deftinitly think that it would hurt afterwords when it is trying to heal and such though

i once saw an interview sith a shark victim and she said when the dude bit off her leg it didnt hurt but she just felt a "pop"... interesting indeed

And if you want to go for a swim there is a nice little beach here in sydney where you can try it out for yourself. What they do is when they bite you, they will saw side to side with there teeth. And it will saw into your flesh. just like a manual chainsaw or a saw. But with a firm grip and sharp quick jerks to side to side, the teeth easily cuts into your fleash like butter this way. It should take a nice clean chunk out of your flesh no problem.

Then the bleeding will attract the rest of them as you struggle to keep yourself above water in shock with your now half missing legs, and arms. It wont be a scar that will go away. But it will put you away.

I would not want to get eaten by a shark. I would rather the lockness monster kill me if your going for spectacular endings.

Hahah i think in real life a shark bite would hurt, but this actually reminds me of a really fun dream i had about 4 months ago or so.

I was like in the ocean just swimming around and a shark came up and i guess he like ate me or somthing and I like appeared somwhere else like in a video game, like i got another life, hahah it was pretty fun I just keeped like swimming at the shark and being eaten

Hmm we just had another shark attack here in south aus this weekend... that's four shark attacks in under a year, two of which were fatal. I'm starting to have second thoughts about going in the water next time I'm at the beach. From what i've heard from people who've survived shark attacks is that the teeth are so sharp that you don't really feel anything or realise you were bitten until you see the bleeding... those teeth just slice through flesh like a hot knife through butter.

If you do get attacked by a shark, try punching its face or gills, that should give them a big enough fright to let go for long enough. Although you could try not surfing near sharks in the first place.

Hey I heard that you can punch them in the nose too, since it's really sensitive
