Until the age of 21 it is hardly necessary to concentrate at all... indeed, one must often concentrate in order NOT to have an erection. And then through much of middle age, it wouldn't be too difficult to arouse one's salient imaginations to effect.

But when old age approaches, climaxing a life that has had a good deal of sexual experience, and it seems that everything had been done well before, then any present situation or even imagination could not hope to hold any inticing novelty. Perhaps one of the curses of the Age is Viagra and other such penial stimulants. Old men used to be left in peace, but now their quiet privacy is invaded by old ladies who will no longer listen to excuses but will demand a pharmaceutical intervention, so that the poor old guys must go through the mechanics of making love to wrinkled old prunes who obviously no longer truly excite them. Indeed, no one ever needed Viagra to help in chasing some young pert secretary around one's desk.

I should mention here that it used to be thought in spiritual circles that Sexual Energy could be transmuted up to the Higher Chakra Centers. As spiritual as I am, I do tend to doubt this. Spiritualists who claim to require less sex as they spiritually advance, also seem to fast more often and eat less meat, that is, they seem to decline just enough in their general health, enough to account for their loss of sex drive. Indeed, it seems to be in the Traditions of Monasteries of both East and West, that if the Monks are still capable of sex, then they are being fed too well or too much. The notion for planning seemed to indicate enough food to live. to bearly sustain life, but not enough food to thrive.

So, for those serious Spiritualists out there, I would not have any anxieties regarding the continued existence of a sex drive, as it only indicates that one is still healthy. However, I would still insist upon warning that no spiritualist should continue in considering Sex to be their most important hobby. As the lowest Chakra, it is the one function that is left behind when one moves up to the Next Level. At the time of one's transition, if one still is somewhat obsessed with Sex, then it would interrupt a clean rise to Spiritual Transcendence if it still remained that one wanted with all of one's desires to stay low.

second part, no, you cannot, by thought, make your penis bigger. it is impossible. now, with a whole mind hook up, i don't know. but just thinking 'get bigger, get bigger," is not going to do anything
