      I've also heard it used to describe a person who feels that they don't belong.
      In the sense that they don't relate to common society.

      I'm currently not ready for marriage right now. First off, there has to be a husband and wife, and I'd be missing the "husband" part. Right now I'm not all that worried about it. I'll be graduating after 3 more semesters and then I'll have to decide where I want to go from there. I don't want to have to worry about "Do I stay here for him?" or "Do I go where I'd have the best opportunity?"

      I'd say don't get married unless you're ready and willing to comit to it for the rest of your life. If you're going to be living in morbid fear of unfaithfulness, it's better not to get married. Now, there's always that little sprig of doubt, but I would never marry a man who I couldn't trust to be faithful in the first place.
