separate (NOT seperate)
desperate (NOT desparate)

definitely (NOT definately)
embarrassing (yes, TWO r's and TWO s's)
tomorrow (ONE m and TWO r's)

finally, reoccurring is just not a word, so stop using it; instead, why not try 'recurring?'

I stay away for a month and this drops to the second page? I guess that means everyone (where "everyone" refers to those posting on this forum that actually care) here suddenly has perfect grammar then?

OMG yeah, destined for hell or not, I'm bumping this thing. Grammar is teh important. (I did that on purpose, don't freak. :P)

The desparate and reoccurring bumping of this thread is definately something that should be avoided :takethatfoo:

The point of this thread is/was not to criticise people's honest mistakes, but more to appreciate the language and spread knowledge about it.
Also, you miss something in your post. It's not just typos, and it is not as easy to read a severely grammatically incorrect and misspelled post as it is to read a decent one. Not saying it has to be perfect, everyone makes mistakes, but people can at least try.
Lastly on that topic, I can't pretend to be superior since I know that I'm not very good at english spelling and grammar. And I consider your last remark an insult. Luckily I don't care.


One thing I would like to add is about the use of w/ (or /w or whatever it is). Personally I find it disruptive of the "flow" in my reading. It forces me to stop and look at the particular occurrence instead of just seeing a whole line of text at once.
