Well, although I would not contemplate doing such a thing myself, I did once have an acquaintence who crossed genders. Then, I advised him not to, because he was already in his late thirties, and it would mean spending all of that money just to become some old gueen. You could effectively become a young lady in everything but genitalia. It is so important to catch these things early on. And many of the Cross Overs never do go the whole route of getting the surgery... to them genitalia is genitalia and as long as they are female in appearance, while dressed to a certain extent, and in behavior and character, then they are happy.
