so i am really tired again ... just got done watchen the oldschool version of bourne identity .. and i must say it was rather good. ... i let my little brother borrow my car again... i dont know if it was a good idea.... 19 more days till im in my dorm.... i need new socks i havent gotten new ones for like a year... i need a lot of stuff
any one know of some good stuff that i should get for my dorm any thing that would be help full ?

make sure when you get furniture you get tall furniture so you can store things more vertically... space-wise its better, you'd be surprised how fast things tend to fill up in a dorm room
and if you get a computer then don't get a really good case and stuff, get a case that makes it look like its really old and stuff so people will be less tempted to steal it
...hah and a fucking John Mayer poster, those 2 things and youll have the college look down!
What look are you going for? The rebellious look? The nerd? The musician? The dedicated student?
It also depends on what kind of dorm room you're in. If possible, I'd highly recommend lofting your bed. It makes for a lot more storage space... though it can be kind of akward making it (but that can be overcome). Also, plastic tubs are awesome for storage and they stack very well.
Another tip (if it applies), if your drawers smell really bad, before you put anything in them, get some wallpaper and lay it down (though don't remove the plastic covering the adhesive. Just cut the plastic in the corners so it'll stick but you can get it up at the end of the year). Then, put dryer sheets in them.

nah the stuff you need for college is very easy to come by.
Window Fan - Self explanatory
Storage Bins - For the man with lots of crap
Christmas Tree Lights / rope lights / black lights - people love lights. Especially oddly colored or shaped lights.
Glow-in-the-dark Paint - Paint whatever you want on your walls, and you won't have to worry about your RA bitching you out for it. once the proper crowd is assembled, turn on the black lights and BAM! marijuana leaves all over the walls!
Body Pillow - When your roomate is macking two girls at once and you're all alone, the body pillow is good to hold on to as you cry yourself to sleep.
A nice alarm clock - i dno about you guys, but if my roomate has an obnoxious alarm clock I'm going to smash it within the first week and get him a new one. go for one that starts out quiet and gets louder, or one that can play music, as opposed to one that will make you shit your pants every morning with abrupt, loud, siren-like noises.
Oh yah! How could I forget about Christmas lights! Definitely a must.
