She's 27, has a two year old, works full time, likes scrapbooking, not athletic or anything like that, likes music, enjoys drinking and girls nights out.........

Any suggestions? I suck at this.

Um. Yeah. Definitely. I'll think about it. I have a feeling she wouldn't be too impressed though.

Does she have a lot of stuff for scrapbooking (ie. paper, stickers, various doo-dads)? If not, you could get her an assortment of those, but just make sure they kind of match. If she has a bunch, but doesn't have a way of organizing them, then you could get her a nice decorative box or one of those little cases with the smaller containers which slightly resembles a tackle box.

Maybe you could get some pictures for her or do something along those lines. And while they may be impersonal, you could always get a gift certificate.

And what kind of music does she like? If you know someone she likes, maybe you could ask around and find someone similar that she may not have heard before. Or you could try a different, though similar, genre.

If she's a quality-time person, you could always take her out for coffee or dinner/lunch and maybe find someone to take care of her kid. (Is she married?) At the age of two sometimes it's nice to get away, I would think. Does she like jewelery? And if she does, is she simple or more extravagant?

Hrrm. How about a new scrapbook. Only, to make it more personal. Fill in the first couple pages with memories of the two of you, and fun times you've had. (corny, I know. But most people like personal-ish things like that) You know, pictures, maybe movie stubs or something if you have them. Things that either bring back memories, or mean something to the two of you.
