A Solution To All Problems, Everywhere

I'm fast coming to the conclusion, that all the world's problems can be solved quite easily

Kids go to school, take exams

shoot the bottom third

I can't think of a single world problem that this wouldn't solve

As far as I can see, all problems stem from one of the following

- too many people
- people are stupid

I see no drawbacks

You need the stupid people to work in the stupid jobs. Basic rule of capitalism. At least it admits it.
