Normal or dream ones? |

No men are entitled to write one as pleased.
Yes men are supposed to be manly.
I don't know, or care.
What are your opinions on it? Is it wrong? Do you think men should keep journals, its your opinion, im just curious. |

Gah! Men should be real men and not keep journals of any kind!!! (dream or otherwise) |

It's a free country/world/mind. People can do what they wish, if they want a journal then fine. |

I think that it is perfectly fine for a guy to keep a journal. |

Hawaiian....nuff sed.
I've love to hear a guy explain why keeping a journal is "girlie," and not sound like a complete idiot. I don't think it's possible. |

I'm a girl. I see nothing wrong with a guy keeping a journal. I keep a journal...sometimes...not really..but, still what. Guys can if they want. I don't see it as girlie. |

It's alright, as long as it's a manly journal, with like a picture of Chuck Norris roundhouse kicking someone to the face, or like a boat or an army man on the front page, and inside is all their descriptions of their manly adventures slaying beasts across the land and beating up that guy at the laundromat because he was hitting your ho's. |
|
Shakleton's expeditions would have been very boring without journals. |
|
Didn't a lot of historical guys...from history *wink wink*... keep journals? |

"Memoirs", journals, diaries, logs... Indeed, many did. I don't know how the notion of "diaries" as a feminine thing came about. Maybe it's movies and television shows that give that impression. I know I always had that idea while growing up. |

I keep one, to keep from insanity getting a hold of me. All of the shit I've done to people... It's hard to remember. I don't want to remember... |

Yeah many of the classic victorian seducers kept journals. such as Casanova. |

I kinda wanna keep going with my journal...though...re-start it. Start a new journal. |

Memory isn't all that. I can see why people would want to write down what they do in their lives. At every given second, the past is all you (really/already) have in a sense. |
