It's funny how almost every irate customer I've ever had was only mad because they're an idiot, not because there is an actual problem.

Yes, half of them even know my name. Again, a testament to attitude and treating people with respect. Even the old ladies at the checkout counters always make special effort to say hi to me. Today, I was overwhelmed with "adoring fans"; I feel like some sort of celebrity :bigteeth:
