Hmm, I bet if you made a celebrity, say Britney Spears, go to a Britney Spears lookalike contest (without telling people she was actually britney spears), they wouldn't win first prize.

If I remember right, Mr. Guass (I forgot his first name) figured this out in his 6th grade class (his teacher apparently gave them long pointless tasks in order to keep them busy) by 1+100=101, 2+99=101, then multiplied by 50. His teacher was clueless.

and did you know that, if you would feed chocolate to a dog, with big pauses between the "meals" (even if it is just a little bit of C), he can still die, because the damaging stuff stays in his blood.. forever...

      and even more "happy" facts:
-when swimming for an hour in a public pool, 1/12 litres of urine will enter your body...
-when you have dinner in a fastfood restaurant for a year (when you count all your visits), you eat 12 human hairs...
-in a year, you have eaten 14 incekts while sleeping...
-in a year, you will shake hands with 6 men, who have not washed their hands after masturbating...
-in a year, you will shake hands with 11 women, who have not washed their hands after masturbating...
-in a day, you have breathed over 1 litre of human farts...

      have a nice day

Sorry - your information is a little flawed.

The half-life of Xanthines in the Canine bloodstream is approximately 17.5hrs. Not "forever".

They generally only vomit if it's pretty bad... Approx. 1 ounce per 1 pound of body weight for Milk chocolate, 1 ounce per 3 pounds of body weight for Semisweet chocolate,1 ounce per 9 pounds of body weight for Baker's chocolate.

Of course, just like people, some can be hyper-sensitive.

Yes, Xanthine (theobromine) posioning can kill a dog. Serious toxicity would generally be considered something around 100mg/kg of theobromine.

Now diarrhea on the other hand, is practically guaranteed. Even with a couple ounces of milk-chocolate. Starts 12-24hrs after ingestion. If it's bad, you'd want to treat for dehydration as appropriate.

That is some very interesting stuff. Seriously.

I knew a few of them already. I remember how shocked I was when I found out that Casey Kasem was the voice of Shaggy on Scooby Doo. I saw it on the credits when I was a kid. Casey Kasem also was the voice of Robin on Superfriends. Here's some more...

      - 1 out of 5 farmers has sex with his animals.

      - Your chances of being bitten by a shark at some point in your life are smaller than your chances of being bitten by a pig.

      - Fleetwood Mac's LIndsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks sang back up vocals on Walter Egan's 1978 hit "Magnet and Steel".

      - Toni Basil, who sang the 1982 hit "Mickey", played Mary the prostitute in Easy Rider.

      - The guys who played the mean rednecks at the diner in Easy Rider were chosen for the movie because they showed up at the movie set wanting to kill Nicholson, Hopper, and Fonda.

      - A mile run in under 5 minutes is considered very good for highschool track athletes. The world's fastest marathon runners average just under 5 minutes per mile for 26.2 miles.

      - The world record in the mile run is 3:43.

      - Kiss Alive and Kiss Alive II were actually studio albums with concert recordings and audience noises mixed in, and Ace Frehley did not play those albums' guitar solos that made him a guitar legend.

      - Ringo Starr did not play drums on The Beatles' songs "Back in the U.S.S.R." and "Dear Prudence" because he had temporarily quit the band. The drums on those songs were played by John Lennon.

      - Let It Be is considered the last Beatles album. It was actually just the last one they ever released. The last one they ever recorded was Abbey Road.

      - Woodstock is not the biggest rock festival in history. 500 thousand showed up. 600 thousand showed up for 1970's Isle of Wight Festival. Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison both gave their last public performances at it.

      - Slayer's last album mentions terrorism in a song. Another song on the album is titled "God Send Death." It was released on September 11, 2001. The title of the album is God Hates Us All.

      - Saturday Night Live's Phil Hartman (formerly "Hartmann") painted the cover of the album History: America's Greatest Hits. The album was released in 1975. Hartman did not become famous until he was a SNL actor in the mid 1980's.

      - Marijuana was made illegal in the United States in 1937 to encourage Mexicans to go back to Mexico.

      - In the few year time frame between the repeal of alcohol prohibition and the illegalization of marijuana in the United States, there was not one recorded drive by shooting.

      - House dust is 90% human skin.

      - Starship outsold Jefferson Airplane.

      - If all of the blood vessels of a single human were lined up from end to end, they could go around the world three times.

      - If you were able to tear a piece of notebook paper in half and put the halves on top of each other, then tear that and put the halves on top of each other, and keep going, after 50 tears, the stack would be tall enough to reach the moon.

      - There are more microorganisms on any one person's body than there are people on Earth.

      - In the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High, the character Brad sees a beautiful woman next to him at a stop light, and the woman laughs at his job outfit, so Brad freaks out and quits his job on the spot. The woman is Nancy Wilson, the lead guitarist of Heart.

      - The voice of Barny Rubble on The Flintstones was Mel Blanc, who was also the voice of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Sylvester, Tweety, Foghorn Leghorn, Elmer Fud, and Yosemite Sam.
How do you know you are not dreaming right now?
