      Before that, I had some great chili with steak chunks in it. (I'm with you, H/D!) Actually, maybe I'll go have some more. That should help with my sleeping. . . .

      Short-term goal: Recall three full dreams a night for a full week.
      Long-term goal: Have three LDs per week for one month.
      Longer-term goal: Have one six-hour LD every night! (Shooting too high? We'll see.)

      Sherbert Lemons from Somerfield cut your mouth open. No joke; I ate some of them and started spitting blood.

      Last thing I ate:


      Starter: Confit of duck with foie gras, green beans and hazelnut salad

      Main: Corn-fed chicken with garlic mash, spring onions, leeks and a chicken/mushroom chipolata

      Dessert: Valhrona chocolate fondant with cherry sorbet in a wafer cup

      ummm... lets see here...
      i havent eaten in a day or so, cause im road trippin round canada, and just came from bc to toronto so i could catch my flight home, and me and my friends are really broke. luckily we had a reservation for a motel prepaid by credit card, and we get unlimited access of the net in here, so all is good at the mo.
      oh yeah, last thing i ate was a cucumber that me and my cousin shared. yesterday i think.
