Hi guys. Not meaning to go off topic, but I just got a new Apple iPhone.
iPhone is a revolutionary new mobile phone that allows you to make a call by simply tapping a name or number in your address book, a favorites list, or a call log. It also automatically syncs all your contacts from a PC, Mac, or Internet service. And it lets you select and listen to voicemail messages in whatever order you want — just like email.
iPhone is a widescreen iPod with touch controls that lets you enjoy your content — including music, audiobooks, videos, TV shows, and movies — on a beautiful 3.5-inch display. It allows you to sync the content from the iTunes library on your PC or Mac and access it all with the touch of a finger.
iPhone features a rich HTML email client and Safari — the most advanced web browser ever on a portable device — which automatically syncs bookmarks from your PC or Mac. Safari also includes built-in Google and Yahoo! search. iPhone is fully multi-tasking, so you can read a web page while downloading your email in the background over Wi-Fi or EDGE.
iPhone introduces the most revolutionary user interface since the mouse, the most advanced software ever engineered, and true state-of-the-art technology that will change the way you think about a mobile device. With over 300 patents, iPhone is years ahead of any other phone available today.

I thought they were copper pipes O_O
Type L vs. Type M copper pipe
The difference is the wall thickness of the pipe and therefore the pressure it can handle. The exterior dimensions are identical, meaning you use the same copper fittings. You also use the same tools, materials and techniques to cut and sweat them. The beefier Type L is often used underground, in hot water heating systems, for commercial plumbing and for gas line (where permitted). Most plumbers use the less-expensive Type M for residential projects: One told me, “Type L pipe will last 300 years and Type M only 250.” But check with your building inspector; some areas require Type L.
Acidic water with a pH of 7 or less can be hard on copper pipe. If you have a well and find out from testing that the water is acidic, you may want to use the thicker-wall Type L pipe; better yet, use “plastic” PCVC pipe and fittings. Note that most “city water,” even in areas of the country where the water is acidic, is balanced to eliminate this problem.
Type L copper pipe, about $6 per 10-ft. section, is recommended where you need strength and protection. But for normal “in the wall” household plumbing, Type M copper pipe, at $2 less per length, is just fine.

I'd just like the mention Arrowhead Bottled Water is the best damn bottled water I've ever had.
Arrowhead comes to you exclusively from natural mountain sources and a few sewage lines in the United States and Canada. Since 1894 people have been enjoying the pure, crisp taste of Arrowhead Brand Mountain Spring (and sewage) water--a water that comes from Natural Mountain Springs with a taste as refreshing as nature itself. I hope you enjoy Arrowhead as much as they enjoy bringing it to you.
Arrowhead, it's better up here!

Sea-Monkeys® are a true miracle of nature. They exist in suspended animation inside their tiny eggs for many years. The instant-life crystals, in which the eggs are enclosed, preserve their viability and help to extend still further their un-hatched life span! Sea-Monkeys are real Time-Travelers asleep in biological time capsules for their strange journey into the future!
The joy of watching Sea-Monkeys grow offers a lot more than just pure fun. It is one of the outstanding educational experiences of a lifetime, because the entire life-cycle of these unique creatures are fully recreated. Conceived in 1960 as a biological novelty, the “fantasy” has transformed into brilliant reality.

"Why don't you sell hard copper pipe in lengths greater than four feet?"
"Due to the increased shipping cost for pipe longer than four feet, we are unable to sell it at the absolute lowest price. However, we do sell soft copper tubing at discount prices for lengths over 10 feet.
"Why are these copper pipes priced the way they are?"
We offer this pipe as a service. Standard copper pipe in 10 and 20 foot lengths costs a lot less (per foot). The "problem" with long lengths is the cost of shipping makes ordering long lengths out of practical reach. We are offering short lengths as a "service" which means we must cut the pipe by hand as well as package it. It's for those that are repairing a very short length and do not want to drag home an entire length of hard copper pipe. If you need longer lengths then we suggest either purchasing those lengths locally or purchase our soft (in rolls) copper. The copper pipes shown on this page are hand-cut (which is very labor intensive - expensive). Also, we only charge 8% (or less) of the subtotal for shipping; In most cases this method does not cover the actual shipping costs. Therefore, we've added some of the shipping costs to the price of the pipe. This is not a "perfect" solution and one could argue that we are charging "too much" for short lengths (we have to agree that it sounds too expensive), but we really aren't making much when considering ALL costs.
"Which is thicker type L or type M and which should I be buying?"
Type M is the thinner of the two and is quite common in copper piping done for residential homes throughout the U.S.. It generally isn't code to use type M copper underground. Some areas do not allow type M copper. When in doubt then it's best to buy the type L copper as it is thicker and code in all areas of the country for above ground piping. Always check with your local code department.
"Your price per foot isn't uniform, why doesn't one foot cost one fourth of four feet, etc?"
We cut the pipe into these lengths by hand and labor is expensive.
We hope that we have helped you on this page with copper pipes and that you will always be pleased with us.
