      i feel your pain...

      just find a dark room and lay down.

      i used to get them in class during notes... fluorescent lights and a teacher with a high pitched voice will make you want to put a bullet through your head lest you live through another minute of that hell. also you should get away from the computer screen, i found that reading the small text doesn't help at all.

      When I farmed, I used to get migraine's all the time, so I sold the grain to someone else, then I didn't have my grain any more because now it's their grain.
