3 switches in one room control 3 light bulbs on table lamps in another room.
You cannot see from one room to the other (not through doors, windows, or even shadows).
You can only enter the room with the lamps once.
Figure out which switch controls which lamp. (all 3)
(I had to look at the answer to this one.....think outside the box)

My solution: "Hey Barbara! Could you tell me which light bulb is flicking on and off right now?"

It was bad math.
30 - 5 = 25
25 + 2 = 27
9 x 3 = 27
27 + 2 = 29 was the equation that mislead you. It does not apply
