For everyone who is wondering what's going on:

A bot/daemon has exploited a vulnerability in the forum and has changed all the moderating teams accounts and is posting ". . ." It has only affected the moderators who have logged on recently. It also seems to affect the newer topics so by repeatedly posting in these we protect the older topics.

Basically, don't post in any old/good topics.

One or more of the mods had an idea about running a themed avatar running in lines with the illuminati "all-seeing eye" that many have expressed an interest in as of late.

After agreeing on it, they thought it funny to fan out spamming thread with their ". . ." symbolizing they are watching as Big Brother watches over you. Orwellian 1984 style.
