Thread: Pedigree Dog Ads.

I know.. which is why I have 4 dogs. I could never work at a shelter.. I'd end up with a houseful of strays.

Omg. I saw half of the first one and can't watch anymore. Ahhh makes me sad!

I could never work at a shelter either, for the same reason as you guys. But I am most certainly going to get all of my animals from shelters though.

Anyone ever watch Animal Precinct or shows of that nature on Animal Planet?

I watch Animal Precinct and get pissed! How can people treat animals that way?!

I don't know!! Gaaaaah. And a lot of times it's just plain ignorance.

Oh and that last ad was just about the cutest thing ever.

Clairity, I love those commercials but don't at the same time... they make me feel so sad I just imagine if I was a dog and my family got rid of me, and I was stuck behind those bars wondering what I did to deserve this. Makes me want to cry!

I NEVER watch the Animal Cops show because I get so pissed off that I literally feel my blood pressure rising and a knot in my stomach. It sickens me how people can be so evil and cruel to animals. My favorite show on Animal Planet is Emergency Vets.

Is "Emergency Vets" the show with the white hair + glasses guy as the main vet? I think he's great. I haven't seen the show in quite a while though. There's a new show coming out called something like "Pet Finder"... I think it's about families uhh finding their ideal pets. Too bad I don't get Animal Planet in college.

yeah that's the one. I forget his name though. They show lots of interesting cases and it's cool to see all the diagnostics, surgery, and supportive care they do. The coolest episodes are the ones about foreign bodies (dogs and other animals eating things they shouldn't) - it's really amazing the weird stuff animals eat sometimes!
