Why not edit it then...?
And I have nothing to say of relevance to this topic whatsoever...
Possibly because I don't quite see a point to this topic aside from some nostalgia.
Don't you mean "Icedawg"? :P [Now realizes you caught your mistake lol]
I miss his Johnny the Homicidal Maniac Avatar. As a noob I used to follow him around like a lost puppy in hopes of whoring his attention. :P
Lol @ Icedawk.
And pink bunnies? Sounds Like imissed out on a lot. :sad2:
Tch'yeah~
Giant pink bunny avatar was the prime of Dreamviews.
PS. I'll take this opportunity to ask O'nus why he makes a "~" after every post. Care to explain?...
~
Wasn't the pink bunny some sexual apparatus of some kind or am I completely off here?
lol yeah, I loved the bunny..
I add the "~" because it feels like a period or real signature. I used to add "~ Mike : O'nus" then "~ O'nus" then just "~" and now it feels like some sort of symbolic reference to myself.
I suppose its something about as symbolic and egotistical as a signature on a letter. That, and it is a way of tracing myself throughout the internet.
Conclusively, iunno, *Shrugs*

Lol, upon reading the title...I thought he was being funny and deliberately slugged a harmless jab at icedawg's name. :P
Ooh, imaginative punishments. They sound fun, rather than the usual bannage system.
lol Eric Estrada

old days of punishment had its splender.
Yeah. That type of silly humor has been lost, hasn't it.

I remember stumbling across a reference to the pink bunny. Wasn't that used as an avatar replacement? Get a warning, you get a pink bunny avatar, or something?
I don't think there was a rule set in stone like that. It just sort of happened to Lowercase Society. Poor fellow. :P
That avatar was huge lol.
Ah, okay. Yeah, that was pretty hilarious.
(Also, PM sent with my actions, GA. ;))
Well, not really lost... you should remember, back then we had about 1000 members and maybe 25 posts per day. It was a lot easier to hand out creative punishments since there was not as much to keep up with.
Also, Icedawg had control of the code and could put in custom stuff like that quickly and easily.
One thing I fear though is that if creative punishments were handed out, it would only encourage members to act up more in order to earn one. Anyone remember after the Bunny how Werburn carried on until he got his 'Oh Canada' punishment?
In other news, I still trade e-mails with Icedawg on occasion. He is doing very well, spends time working with people and is still working toward a career in the medical profession. :)
Ah, that's good.
Seeker makes a good point on the note of creative punishments -that to hand them out may only encourage members to act up more in order to earn one.
when moderators toss the habitual idiots in the Brig, it is not to punish them. It is to reward the rest of us.
Yay I was the subject of a punishment.
Creative punishments are the type to be handed out to mature long-time members that "slip" or some such. Since they still deserve a punishment/warning of some sort but can take such a creative method lightly and with humour.
I think would love this one c/w "Toast" instead of" Banned" title
if/when imaginative punishments ever come about again:
